As always, yum. The coconut was expecially refreshing along with the young lady playing the Harp couple doors down very nice close to the evening.

Great place for ice cream, I mean, Gelato. Friendly staff.

Wonderful still busy at 9pm in a rain storm... The employees were wonderful and helpful. Ice cream was amazing and rich, only complaint was its too loud inside. The freezers were really loud and hard to hear over.

Really tasty ice cream. A lot of choice to choose from. Milk shake is great, hot chocolate is great, totally recommend this place. Also a nice and clean spot.

I've only been to Frost Gelato a couple times, but each time we had great service! Today we were greeted by smiling employees who were happy to let us taste the flavors we were interested in. We ate outside on their patio because it was such a beautiful day. We ran into friends while we were there (great minds think alike). I'll definitely be back!

Never disappointed. Best ice cream in Tucson hands down. Cannot be compared to others.

Great place. So many choices, almost too many! But samples are available.

Sadly, they do not open at 11 as it shows in the door. Staff in view as 4 customers were waiting for 10 minutes (4 minutes on us as we were early) at the outside tables. And watched us as we got up and left 6 minutes after the prescribed open time... would have loved to give it a try...

I love this gelato ! I haven't tried any other gelato shop because i'm afraid it won't be as good. They have many choices and so far every one I've had is really good ! The staff is friendly and patient ( I can take a while when choosing my flavor ). Also they have a nice chart showing how this is a lot healthier than your usual ice cream, needless to say I won't be going back to cold stone !

The gelato was good, and they had some different flavors you don't find very often, but the service wasn't all that great. I felt like I was bothering them by being there.

More gelato flavors than most, friendly place, quality flavors and refreshing options such as mango and strawberry and champagne. If you are watching your sugar, there are also a couple options to choose from.

I was however pretty grossed out by the condition of the bathroom. You could tell that it's not cleaned as often as it should be. There were 3 employees standing there talking to each other when I walked in. I would think they would be cleaning more with that much staff. The main room could have been cleaner too. I'm always nervous with dirty bathrooms, what does the back of the store/kitchen look like?

So many Gelato flavors to choose from and all that I've tried were fantastic

One suggestion, maybe move the outdoor tables apart to have more distance between them, right now they are super close and too many people

Very good. Tried the coconut tonight, very good. My niece was there and had been to Italy before and said this is the closest you'll get to the real Italian kind of gelato.

If you have never had Frost Gelato you are missing out on one of the best Frozen confections on the planet. You do not have to take a trip to Italy for the best Gelato, it is here in Tucson!

I was very pleased with our last visit here. I have gone gluten free and when I asked that the usual cookie be kept off my gelato, I was politely asked why. When I said I am gluten free, he asked it was by choice or because of allergy. (An excellent question!) I replied that it was choice and he let me know that the peanut butter I had chosen was not GF. He allowed me to choose another flavor. Thank you so much, Frost!

Creamy and delicious, gelato is somehow lighter than ice cream. The chef at Frost is from Italy, which makes the taste experience completely authentic. Ice cream lovers beware--gelato is sure to become your new, favorite treat!

Last evening, the trashcans just outside the business were overflowing. I pointed this out to one of the employees who said it wasn t their responsibility to empty the cans when they were overflowing, it was the management company for the strip mall. Might want to reevaluate your priorities trash in front of the door makes a great first impression.

By the way, the trash cans were still overflowing the next morning.

The 2 girls that were helping customers up front need to get a job that doesn't require face to face interaction. Incredibly unfriendly and slammed my Gelato on the counter. I own a restaurant with 65 employees and they would be instantly fired!

One of our favourite spots every time we re in Tucson. The hardest part is picking which one you want to have! Excellent staff and great selection of high quality gelato.

It's ice cream, but it's not. It's delicious is all I know! First time I have had gelato and I will be coming back! Staff didn't mind at all I tried 5 flavors before I decided what I wanted. As my kiddo and I ate, they even brought cups of water around to us, and the customers outside! Have to say the staff and the surroundings were beautiful.

Used to be so clean and friendly! But been there several times this past week with out of town guests, and it was terrible. No one to greet us. No eye contact. Dirty tables. Seen cleaner restrooms at a truck stop! What a shame!
