Ordered a part over the phone and was sent the wrong part. When I sent it back, they told me it had been used (which it wasn t and never even left the inside of my house). So I call them to try to get it figured out and a rude lady insisted I ordered it online and it was my fault . I told them they sent me the wrong part and I never used anything. They didn t care. They were zero help and I Definitely won t be buying from them again.

Ordered a jacket and a helmet online on a Monday afternoon and they showed up Tuesday. Turns out I picked the wrong sized jacket and the helmet wasn't a good fit so on Wednesday I shipped them back to swap the jacket for a different size and return the helmet for a refund. By Friday I had the new jacket and by Saturday my account had been refunded for the helmet.

Great prices and super easy to work with! I ordered a set of wheels and tires for my 2017 Honda Rancher and they mounted them and shipped them very quickly! I installed them today and I have to say that I am highly satisfied and would definitely recommend them and would order from them again!

Four options for replacement headlamps for my ride. $4.50, $10.75, $12.50, and $17.88. I need two and guess which one is the only one they have in stock? Too often they are out of stock of the cheaper option part. This happend to me last year for a belt and spark plugs too. Fast, friendly, cheerful service, but somehow I feel like I was taken advantage of.

Great place for atv parts and if you don't mind the location it will save the time and cost of shipping. It's not much of a store, its a the warehouse for a parts website but they have a counter with friendly help that will grab you anything out of the warehouse.

It's a totally unique shopping experience as far as it being a retail store. Going into the store just to look up your product in a catalog and then call on a phone in the room to order your selection. Someone then picks the order from the warehouse and brings it up front. Prices are good. Customer service is good. It's just an odd concept. Obviously it's working for them. Don't get me wrong it's not a horrible experience. It's just different.

Very quick shipping and good prices. If you have the opportunity to go there in person they have a lobby with some items on display. You can order right there in store just use the kiosks with the phones to call in the order and they will bring it all up to you to check out.

Amazing... I purchased a helmet and it was way to big. So I sent it back for an exchange. The process was extremely easy, and they sent me a refund for the difference right away. I revived my new helmet in a few days after.

I would like to thank the young man that helped my son and I on Saturday, 1/12/19. We stopped in on our way to Lutsen to get a set of carbides. The set that we had purchased from the Polaris dealer did not fit. It turned out that my son put a very rare ski on his sled over the summer. This young man spent 45 minutes making sure that we had the correct part and we were on our way. Outstanding service!! Thank you.

Shipped to Minneapolis the next day.

I haven t actually been out to the store, but I am beyond impressed by their online ordering service. I ordered a cover and front brake lock for my motorcycle and it arrived the very next day, with free shipping. Both products fit perfectly to my bike based on their online feature of selecting a specific motorcycle make and model. I ll definitely be shopping with them again for more motorcycle accessories.

Hard to find better prices anywhere else. Not a fan of how you get your items. You have to get on a computer and then call to the back so that someone will bring the items that you want out front. It's quite inconvenient if you are wanting to shop around for something and try on multiple different types of items and brands. ie. Gloves, boots, jackets.

Once our items were brought out we had to stand around and wait for 10 minutes before someone was available for us to pay.

No complaints here. I personally like how the store is set up. You go there, pick up a phone, give them your zip code and name, part numbers, and then they tell you how much the total is and an estimated time when the items will be brought to the counter. You shop online or in catalog. It's that simple!
To me, since DK has SO many items, it's easier for them AND their customers.

But at times great help also
Used online for the first time yesterday afternoon an vary happy got my part by 9am today

Unique experience. I didn't feel rushed or that the wait time was overly long between selecting something and trying it on, about 3-7min, and once I knew the system it was very streamlined. Don't expect to browse, this isn't a traditional retail store, though it does have a tiny bit of selection up front mostly consisting of helmets. Show up with an idea on what you want, or even better a dennis kirk part #. All selection of product is done by getting a part # and calling in your order on the locations phone system. I do believe you can call in ahead to have your order waiting.

I have ordered several items from Dennis Kirk and have always been very satisfied. I recently ordered a helmet that came slightly damaged. Brenda in customer service was literally the best customer service representative I have worked with in a very long time. She communicated promptly and in less than two days I had a replacement helmet at my doorstep. I will continue to do business with Dennis Kirk and will definitely recommend that others do as well.

I ve been spending $1000-$1500+ annually at Dennis Kirk for years. I recently returned a pair of heated gloves that didn t work and a helmet that didn t fit. Dennis Kirk charged me over $100 in restock fees because the items were used. Obviously I used the gloves to find out they didn t work / performed poorly for how expensive they were. I never used the helmet but since I tried it on, it s used and subject to a restock fee. Terrible customer service and brutal return policy. Not exactly no hassle as they claim.

I ll be purchasing all my snowmobile apparel and parts elsewhere from now on.

I purchased an item which was damaged when received and didn't fit as advertised. My review isn't about those concerns as I understand they happen. My review is based on the absolutely horrid customer service experience I had when attempting to process the return. The associate was rude and aggressive and seemed to be looking for reasons to deny my return. She ultimately threatened to decrease my refund if "mounting marks" were present so I sought resolution elsewhere. After reading other people's reviews, it seems as though this tactic is commonly used by DennisKirk to deny or decrease refunds even though they advertise "Easy Returns". I will certainly never purchase from them again and would caution others to consider the possibility of poor customer service before purchasing from them as well.

You did not receive a call from me in that regard, your associate called me to interrogate me regarding the circumstances of my return. My intention was to mount the set and then contact you regarding the one broken part which could have been replaced. I understand you have to also deal with the manufacturer but expecting me to know the inner workings of your business is asinine. Why wouldn't I mount it? Regardless, the interaction your associate engaged in with me was unprofessional and unnecessary. As I said before, my review is based on the poor customer service I received, not the defective part.

If youre looking for quality parts that last then Dennis Kirk is not your solution. After all the money I've spent they refuse to honor my defective idler wheels with only 300 miles of use. Just my 2 cents. Safe riding

Talked to Performance Machine about the scuff marks in the mounting holes of derby cover and no gasket. Apparently no gasket ships with the derby cover. And the marks in the mounting holes are part of the machining progress. After sending them pics, they could clearly see that it HAD NOT been installed. Sending to Performance Machine and they will exchange for right one.
Dennis Kirk. If you would have called Performance Machine, they would have told you no gasket comes with it. And they would have told you about the machining marks. But you decided to call me a LIAR. Now you've lost a 20 yr customer. Plus 6 people are now buying their exhaust from someone else.

Do not order from Dennis Kirk! They have no regard for customers. I placed a large order in December for my husband's motorcycle. Six Performance Machine parts. Once the derby cover arrived separately and I held on to it for a Valentine's Day gift for him.

It came with nothing but the cover and the screws. Turns out it was the wrong one. Valentine's was within their 90-day return window.

We returned it for exchange for the right one. However, they are accusing us of mounting it and trying to return it. THAT IS NOT THE CASE!!!

The derby cover never left the house,was never in the garage, NEVER MOUNTED ON THE BIKE!!!

They refuse to exchange it and will accept it back and refund 50% of the costs.

Not acceptable. We have no reason to lie or try to cheat Dennis Kirk.

We asked them to return it to us. Unfortunately, now I expect to get a damaged derby cover returned. It was not damaged when we sent it in.

Customer Service refused to let us speak with management.

Please help us out and purchase from J & P or another retailer. We will not be purchasing from Dennis Kirk again!

Do not order from Dennis Kirk! They have no regard for customers. I placed a large order in December for my husband's motorcycle. Six Performance Machine parts. Once the derby cover arrived, separately, I held on to it for a Valentine's Day gift for him.

It came with nothing but the cover and the screws, no casket or document of what should be in the package. Turns out it was the wrong one. Valentine's was within their 90-day return window.

We returned it for exchange for the right one. However, they are accusing us of mounting it and trying to return it. THAT IS NOT THE CASE!!! It wasn't the right one that goes with the other parts. Corey saw that as soon as he took it out of the package! There was no need to mount it!!! We immediately figured out the one that was needed! Hence the return for exchange for the right one.

They are saying it shows signs of being mounted. The cover had no marks on it when we took it out of the package nor when we returned it! If it is damaged now, they did it.

The girls behind the counter were very intelligent new their stuff. Did not need to explain anyting cuz the girls new what I was asking for. The prices for parts wasn't bad at all definitely would be coming back here again.

This would have been 5 star as they have a great selection of equipment and accessories but I had trouble navigating in store computer ordering system. I'm older and not that tech savvy. Guy that pulled our order was very nice and helpful after we figured out how system worked. May be the 1st place I go next time as they do have most anything.

Horrible customer service and Company set me out a box with thrown in parts so I returned it and they took the same parts and threw them in another box and left out the instructions and the factory box nothing like buying at brand new prices when I should have got a price at and open box price..... nothing like shipping back a product three times to get it right or driving there myself I suggest people find a different place to find the motorcycle parts from unless they like paying new price for open box / used products and then to be told by customer service they don't do that hahaha okay

I purchased a bassani B4 pipe from DK the pipe was found to be defective, I talk to Sarah in the warranty department she told me that she talk to bassani and they don't have these part just laying around and would have to make me a new one, I then talk to bassani myself they told me they DO NOT DEAL WITH DK...so everything SARAH TOLD ME WAS NOT TRUE, they also told me that they do have replacement parts on hand. THANKS BASSANI...I WILL NOT DEAL WITH DK EVER AGAIN.

Actually had a employee tell me they sometimes put different tags on merchandise yesterday. Vest priced at 80 dollars and she tried to sell it to me for 153 dollars. Wouldn't you think they should have honored that price? They only had 6 vests on the floor. How do you screw that up?.
