Harrah's Philadelphia Casino and Race Track Review

Nice casino just in a bad area. It was a ghost town on a Friday night.

Everyone so friendly and willing to help. Free drinks after 12 great service. I won so that was a plus. Anyone would have a great time.

Quality professional dealers who treat you as friends making every effort to remember guests with a genuine touch not easy to find with consistency. I am a quiet player and my best and raises are virtually never misinterpreted by the casinos dealers ,made up of mostly long term well trained people.You want low cost grinder games or nice size no limit games this is good choice here in Philadelphia..Good management .I have personally gambled in over 1000 locations worldwide and am pleased with my local Harrahs Philadelphia.

Don't waste your time go over there @ Harrah's casino.
You will not make any money from slot machines. not many people goes there.
visited on Saturday Evening, wasn't many people;therefore, return on slot machine was not there at all. I wouldn't recommend it all.

Harrah's is always a fabulous choice! Beautiful and comfortably appointed with games of choice for every kind of taste. Love the slots. My choice is the game of Black Jack which is a great gathering place for seasoned players or newbys! I've been to Harrah's in Reno, Laughlin, and Last Vegas. This is where the fun is no matter which Harrah's you choose!

Tough to find this casino but I enjoyed the horse races

I give it a 2 cause it look good in there bad part is they need to get basic slot machines the 1s that got it's hard to figer out and the old fashion slots u never win

Casino is dirty, nothing good in this casino , most of the restaurant in here have terrible food, the best serving you get is get your own bottle of water . Terrible casino to be gambling, Parx casino is a lot better , go there if you want to try your luck

If you enjoy a cocktail while you're gambling, go somewhere else.
On a Sunday, I asked the bit boss 3 times an hour for 2 hours and still nothing.
There is an option to order a drink from the slot machines, but it never came either.
No music, no drinks, high minimums, I'll spend my money elsewhere.

I haven't been there in along time due to being sick but I enjoyed the outing and I had fun winning a few dollars.

It kinda. Like a factory way too much smoke and people are dirty leaving garbage all ovet. Its second best in local pa cssinos.

Three slot machines were broken and put Out of Order after people sat and played on them. Not sure if I'll return to that casino

I had fun losing my cash right up until they wouldn't cash my voucher. I was told by the guy at the poker room to ask for the manager at the counter but the guy at the counter told me there was no one else I could talk to. After getting told "why dont people just understand there is nothing we can do for you" the poker room guy called a manager over. They still weren't able to cash my voucher that I only got because their simulcast wouldn't let me bet at 11:30 after I put my $100 bill in even though their website says simulcast til midnight and there is still races going on. Which is fine because another patron gave me cash for it since he was going to be there the next day. The receptionist guy tells me you can't go off the website you have to go by what's here. I reply where is there anything telling me the simulcast is ending early? No answer except him saying now I'm arguing with him. Very poor customer service by everyone but the poker room guy who apologized to me for the other two but the manager has the say. With all the options in this town for casinos I will never choose this one again. Thanks Harrah's for ruining a perfectly good night at the casino.

The A.C.was not working and that was not a good idea at all for my business, other than that I liked it

Nothing different from any other casino. It was a good time.

They are not in the business of big pay outs, just to satisfy people's (I'm calling it what it is) addictions to bells and whistles

Always like the poker room. Good vibe in general. Not pretentious like some casinos in AC.

The cleaning person was very rude I had the mgr come twice for him I travel to far to be treated this way he said that's why your losing your money and I did after 2 attacks I had to leave and went to valley forge

This is my favorite casino in PA. Lots of selection and I feel the slots generally are looser. I haven't played downstairs in the poker room yet, so I can't review that. Only 2 gripes about this place. 1. When I'm winning, I get carded when I am inside, sitting at a slot machine. Can you guys have your people stop harassing someone once they are INSIDE. Obviously, I got carded before entering. If you really think I "passed" by without someone looking, that's your security's problem. and 2. Can you make it a rule that people can't hold a machine if they aren't playing max bet? More times than not, I see people playing 2 machines at 20 or 40 cents a piece! They will play one machine with 10 bucks at 20 cents, then "hold" one by sticking a five dollar bill in, and playing 20 or 40 cents for about an hour? This is absurd. If they are playing max bet, fine! But c'mon. Seriously people? Are you that hard up for comps? I'll give you MINE next time!

This place has accommodation's even during the pandemic the slots and tables are open 24 hrs. For the people that is looking for some fun or a place to get away. Have fun and dont forget to cashout and go home!

Very disappointed there seems ever since they reopened the machines havent paid out the same as before !! They have lowered the pay outs !! Plus you go in and see nothing but machines being taken out and moved all over and no more of the popular games !!! Rather give my money someone else !!!!

It doesn't like to give a little, but there's a place in there that has food and drinks R really good, pricey but good.

For safety you get your temperature taken as walking in. Not all levels were open. If you need a new member card you have to go to the first floor because the main desks aren't open yet, they're not at full capacity. You must wear masks at all times also.

I won Harrahs has Improved newer games a different variety. I would like to hear local bands every weekend like a Friday or Saturday night .but overall a like it

Was here on 9-8-17 to see House of Pain. It was my first time here. The place was nice and clean. Staff was friendly.

Only reason it's not a 5 was bcuz my food was terrible. I ordered Chinese food from one of the restaurants on casino floor. ( Chicken n broccoli) n it was the wateriest I ever have. No taste at all..

I liked the new slots and the waitpersons were friendly and quick.

My wife and I had a great time and I even won. Hadn't been there for awhile and we liked the new changes.

The gift shop sucks. Very unhelpful with lottery related issues. They should lose their right to sell tickets.

People smoking in no smoking areas. Security guards watching tv. Urine all over the elevator walls. Since then I been going to Delaware park casino.

First Casino I've been to in my life where I didn't make a little back.. but they got $1,500 of my money.. so I guess they did a good job.?.. I won't be back.! but other than that' nice place - they shouldn't have any problem paying their bills..!

Not too smoky and my favorite thing you can order drinks from your seat!!!! Love it!!

It is great, if you like to gamble. I didn't go there by choice. It was included as a stop on a bus trip. I am not a gambler. They have a lot of penny machines. They were having harness racing. That was fun to watch.

Finally, people were winning! I like the casino, staff is super friendly! The problem was the old machines. The new machines are better, and seems you can win now!

Not a great place to win, no comps and too many penny machines.

Just a great place to play slots and bet the horses
