Not sure who helped me but he was great. He knew the product lines, answered my questions, made recommendations and explained why he thought so. I bought a helmet and he made sure is was correct and complete. While doing so he noticed that the visor was damaged and got me a new one before I left the store. Very happy. Now about Dennis Kirk overall, I wish they had more products in their showroom. Ordering everything like the old Sears and Robuck takes time (will calls). I ordered three different helmets today before I found the one I wanted. If they had one sample of each in the sales floor it would have sped up the process. But prices were great too. Bought a snowmobile pants and jacket last week, great prices but it took some time. I will definitely be going back there again.

Bought a mustang seat for my harley from Dennis Kirk . Their online shopping was super easy and delivery was prompt . Seat fits perfect ! .. only thing kinda negative was the packaging, box was tore all to pieces and open when ups delivered it . I can't blame DK for that , could've been ups fault idk.. no damage to seat so I'm satisfied.

I purchased a product from DK and was told it would have a one to two day turn around.(I live 48 miles away). 4 days later I'm still waiting for the package. Call customer service and got nothing but blame towards the shipper. According to other people's comments this seems to be there fix. Blame it on someone else. I have been purchasing parts from DK for 15 years for multiple vehicles. Apparently they could care less if they lose customers. I will no longer purchase anything from DK. I will also tell everyone I know to purchase from a reputable source.

I was buying my Harley parts and accessories from J&P. Their prices and shipping was much more. It took my last order 6 days just to leave the warehouse. I called and emailed and never got a response. I gave up and after 12 days and refused the part. Thanks Denis Kirk.

Takes forever to shop here as you have to ask at the counter for each item.

ADDED: I've shopped online many, many times and the shipping is phenomenal. Pricing is good and the products perform. I prefer to go to the store to fit footwear or helmets, it would be nice to have them out in the showroom area so that you didn't have to use the phone system. If it's busy, this process takes forever. I added a star, I think the in store shopping is really the only drawback.

There beat any price is a joke.....even if with a receipt and the part from a Polaris dealer that is not good enough for them to match price. I needed two rear brake rotors for my sportsman. Polaris dealer had one on hand Dennis Kirk had one on hand. Polaris dealer was $69.99 , Dennis Kirk was $106.99. I ended up ordering other rotor from Polaris. Dennis Kirk lost my business. I live right here in same town , I'll drive to Stacy or white bear lake from now on......place is rip off........

Great place!!!! Conveniently located off the highway... if you order ahead, then its easy in-and-out..... prices are OK a few bucks cheaper than local but they always seem to have what you need in stock!!!!!

I have been a long time Dennis Kirk customer for years. I Live in Minnesota, and their advertised shipping (Order by 3pm, and we ship today) worked perfect. I had been getting my orders the NEXT day with just paying standard shipping rates.. They have switched shipping and now it takes it 4 days to get to me (50 miles away). I have voiced my concern to their customer service 2 different times, and they dont care.. If you are willing to wait, then you may be OK.

90 day return policy yeah right. as soon as you take items out of the package you might as well consider them used. Customer service department and manager make up every excuse you can imagine not to refund your money. will not be buying anything from Dennis Kirk ever again

Prices are wonderful, but if ur ordering parts make sure u get the right item, 9 times outta 10 we have gotten the wrong item sent it back still got another wrong items outta ordering about 3 to 5 times a month for the last year u would think some one would learn how to process orders right, nope husband ordered again dayco belt for the snowmobile they sent the wrong one called and they insisted it was the right belt well yes he was breaking it in and well it does what every wrong sized belt does..... Only thing they don't get wrong is clothing sizes and shoe sizes, very dissatisfied with home state business of Dennis Kirk

This place you have to order online and pick up, this is not a store where you can look thru things. We were there waiting to get some help and the lady there just skipped us and help the person behind us. I won't go there again.

There are some good parts at fair prices there...there is a guy there at the counter who will go above and beyond to make sure you get what you need... there have been times that I have had tough parts to find where some other part would work also...he helps me sort stuff out that I need so I can keep working and get the job done... There is a need for some teambuilding activity...so everyone there is as pleasant to deal with, helpful and knowledgeable!

I ordered the largest Nelson-Rigg motorcycle cover Dennis Kirk shows only to find out it isn't the largest cover Nelson makes ... only the largest one Kirk offers. Despite customer service insisting it would fit my Road King -- it did not. So I returned it and was given a refund MINUS the shipping charges. Why is it MY fault Kirk doesn't offer the largest cover Nelson makes but instead sold me one that doesn't fit? It cost me $16 to test ... that will be that last dollar DK gets from me.

Before ordering tires I asked their customer service about the date codes on the tires. After providing me the date codes, the same day I ordered the tires and they arrived within 3 days. Thank You. However, one of the tires was 6 months older than the date code provided to me. When I contacted them they told me they couldn't confirm date codes on tires? I would have given them 5 star if they had delivered what they confirmed to me before I ordered.

Came in today to buy snowmobile helmets for my wife and I. The girl at the counter was so much more interested in texting her friends then being helpful, we finally left after 15 minutes not being able to get any help. Don't think that their store is helpful in any way shape or form.

I needed a speedometer cable for my Marauder. The website said the part was an exact fit but when I got the part it didn't fit. When I called them back asking what is going on they said "the part might fit". I returned the part and they wanted me to pay for shipping it back when their website messed up. When I told customer service about the website saying it was an exact fit, they acted like they didn't care.
