I had taken my diesel truck to other dealerships and they all told me they wouldn t be able to even look at my truck for over a week! My experience with DeMontrond was totally different and I was taken care of with excellent costumer service that day.
If you need anything I highly recommend asking for JT in the service department. He is very knowledgeable, outstanding costumer service, cares about you, and had my truck looked at right after meeting him. I wish I d taken my truck here first and I will never use any other dealership in the area except DeMontrond. I thank y all again for getting me back on the road quickly.

Shop another dealership. We went here to see about possibly getting another car. The salesman was very friendly at first. After we filled out some paperwork, they ran our credit. Since we have less than perfect credit due to medical bills, the salesman became rude, unprofessional, and even unwilling to persue other options. What a complete waste of time.

Sean Dunlap and his entire team provided me excellent service and support throughout my purchase. I was prepared to conduct a typical back and forth negotiation which I expected to be adversarial. NO!! Sean was a consummate professional. He listened to my needs, viewed my offer (which was a really good price for me), and within minutes, we settled on a price. The trade process went almost as smoothly, and I was happy with what I was offered. Last, the sales manager worked tirelessly, FOR HOURS, to identify every possible rebate, allowance, cost savings program that was available on the car. I walked out with a WAY, WAY better deal than I thought I would be getting, and all this is coupled to a FOREVER powertrain warranty that they throw in for free. I had to have my cd player replaced and the new one needed to be dealer unlocked. they were the only dealership that knew what I was talking about (Ron carter had no idea at all) and told me to bring it in but gave no guarantee it would work. An hour and a half later my radio was working again. It did cost a $135 but it was worth it to me, yes a little high but still worth it. James C in service was very nice and helpful. I will definitely bring my car back if needed in the future.

I would strongly advise to not buy a car from this lot. I purchased a used truck from this dealership and within 1 day of owning the car it had to be taken in. The dealership has now had my car for over a week and have not even started working to repair it. On top of that, I am now expected to pay for part of the repair even though the issue was reported about 16 hours of driving the car off the lot. The service department is impossible to communicate with and don't seem to really care that you need your car back. If I could give zero stars I would. I will never buy another vehicle from here, and I strongly advise you not to either.

I dropped my car at the body shop to get a new rear bumper and was treated with great care by Candy at the reception desk. She helped me get checked in with Brittany at the car rental place. Both were helpful, fun and met my need for ease. Bryan, the shop manager personally saw to it that my car was finished before the upcoming weekend and holiday so I would not have to pay five extra days for a rental. He communicated with me via phone in a prompt manner and the work was very well done. I would recommend this shop to anyone.

Couldn't finance me on a 25k truck because it was pre-owned but wanted to finance me on 40-50k new truck! *Granted it was pre-owned, but only had 40k miles and it was a 2018.. so it doesn't make sense except they were Greedy!!! Even with the bloody rebates, it was still double the cost of that truck.. I will not be recommending anyone to come here, and even my significant other will not. He's a big truck lover and buyer and never heard of this happening before. He said it's because I'm a woman, they thought they can pull one over me and lock me in a 6 year note at $800 a month.. He's right! Do not go to this place.. There's other dealerships that actually treat potential customers right, unlike this place.

They are very professional, energetic, ethical, flexible, honest and pleasant to negotiate with, no pressure at all. They will do their best to make it work. I have a close friend ( Juan G ), that sent a guy named Tanner Rigdon my way to complete my purchase. I started Monday searching for my Wife SUV on their website, and I picked it out and sent it Tanner, and the rest was history....I told him I wanted this particular vehicle Friday my off day, and Friday I drove off in that same vehicle at 1pm. After searching for months for our new family vehicle, my husband found a car matching our wants and price range online. He then called the dealership and schedule an appointment. We only needed the dealership for the simple action of filing the paperwork properly. He told them that we were interested in this vehicle and would be purchasing it if everything was ready during the appointment. When we arrived at the appointment we spent the next hour or more filing everything; the man who helped us misspelled our address and said he would correct it later (he never did, we are still receiving mail with the wrong spelling at our address). A month passes and no license plate, at this point we've moved our loan over to get a lower rate and made a payment on the vehicle but for some reason the act of getting us our plates is incomplete. My husband calls the dealership and is told that there is not an inspection for the vehicle, and could we go get one and we will be reimbursed. So, I begrudgingly take the vehicle to get it inspected (shouldn't that have been done before we left the lot?). ANOTHER month passes, my husband calls the dealership, we've not received a reimbursement or the license plates. OH! They've been sitting here at the front desk for over a month...we called you once...did you not get that one phone call? It's ok, you just have our email, an alternate phone number and our home address (even though it's misspelled, fortunately the post office is more reliable than the dealership); but don't bother using a second form of communication, we've just been emailing and calling you on our end for 3 months now. And no, you guys won't mail them to us or overnight them given the hassle, we have to DRIVE back to the dealership an hour away to pick them up (where you've told us they will be at the front desk). So we schedule one of our 2 free services for this day. I drive across Houston to pick up the plates and get the service. CUT TO THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT- "Do I need to move stuff out of the vehicle for a vacuum and wash?" -me "Would you like a vacuum and wash?"-service desk "Does it come free with the full service?"-me "Yes."-service desk "Then yes please, I'll go to my car now and make sure there isn't anything in the floorboards."-Me --Service was done in an hour, no vacuum or wash was done, at this point I'm over it and I leave, I'm not waiting ANOTHER hour for you to do a thing we had a whole conversation about. Also, during this time I walk to the front desk for the plates, I will say at this point the woman at the front desk and the man who ran to get my plates were the most helpful people we've met. But, the plates aren't at the front desk they are now in the service department. That's great, but you could have told me that or my husband when he said, "hold them at the front desk and my wife will come get them when she brings up the car to be service.". All in all, this is why people are just buying cars from vending machines now, because that was awful and I never want to buy another car from a dealership again. I have one more free service and I pray that there is a drastic improvement in customer service when I use it. For the record it took 5000 miles for me to get my license plate.

Truck went in for coolant leak under warranty. When i picked it up over a week later, they had to take it back, because coolant low light on. Refilled...on my way....had to come back the next day again for the low coolant light. Also didnt put a bolt back under the fenderwell, and didnt reconnect some aftermarket wires i put in for lighting. Also found several of the clips are missing under the fenderwell on the drivers side. Took the whole cab of the truck off to get to the EGR coolers, and im concerned about how many other shortcuts and or parts that were not put back on. Most likely will not take it back there again.

Dawn was able to get me an appointment for repairs on short notice as I'm from out of town and have nothing else to drive, and the tech solved my problem in 30 minutes that another dealership couldn't fix in 2 visits and several hundred dollars! I was impressed and I'm grateful to them. Other dealers wouldn't even acknowledge there is a problem with the integrated trailer brake controller, and these folks nailed it!

My experience at DeMontrond has completely changed the way I feel about dealerships. Tony was very knowledgeable about the inventory, which made the process a whole lot easier. He didn't try to just put me in something to close the deal, he genuinely cared about what I had to say and did everything he could to help me (he even stayed late to help me setup my truck the evening of purchase.) I know that I could call him anytime in the future and he would still do anything he could to help me. When it came time to close, Amy did an awesome job working with my credit union and made the dreaded paperwork a breeze. I didn't get a chance to meet everyone but the ones I did were very nice and went out of their way to do so.

I am thoroughly disappointed in my experience with the collision repairs center at DeMontrond Chevy. My vehicle was dropped off for repairs with a guaranteed completion date 4 days after drop-off. I was even receiving email notifications letting me know that the repairs were on schedule and that my vehicle was complete on day 4. It has now been over TWO WEEKS and my vehicle is still not complete. I keep getting the run-around saying they are "waiting for parts." I requested calls every day for updates on my vehicle, they agreed, and of course no calls have come. I am now on hold (for 10 minutes) waiting for a status update. If you are expecting quick repairs and quality customer service, look elsewhere.

I went in for an oil change and found that none of the fluids were added nor topped off and that the oil didn t appear to have been changed as well. My daughter got stranded in Austin because of the head gasket had leaked all over the solenoid powering the fuel injectors three days later.! Very disappointed for the second time. I have had several acquaintances warn me about this place...I should have listened.

I had no other place to go but what a blessing this place has turned out to be. The salesman I used was extremely courteous and not pushy at all! I told him what I could afford and what I liked and he worked with me on everything! It was my first time ever buying a car on my own and everything ran smoothly from beginning to end. I bought my 2014 Silverado and have all of my service done at DeMontrond. The service department is very friendly and helpful. They are also very informative as to why and if I need anything else done. I also have another GM vehicle and the parts department is very helpful in getting me the parts I need for it. Some of them are hard to come by but always manage to get what I need. They are pretty awesome.

I'm from NY but he made everything run ever so smoothly it felt like I was at the deleaship in Texas the first time talking to him on the phone. Very nice ppl, Owner is very nice and down to earth but the parts department employees are something else! Guy named Jason used to put dusty dirty labels etc in my LUNCH BAG and thought it was funny! I got fired he didn t! Right after I had a baby. The owner replied to my post so that lets you know she cares about what a person feels! I d recommend supporting her business and whatever she does!

The service department is really going down hill. The last 4 times I have attempted to conduct some form of business with them I have always been told what they can t do to assist me. The latest issue has been with needing to get my vehicle checked out because it s having issues starting. My car is less than 2 yrs old and I bought is from Demontrond. I inquired about a loaner and appt for min 10/16/17. I understand there was a hurricane and y all lost vehicles and are down to limited quantities. Guess what I lost one of my vehicles and am down to this one impala. So no I can t leave my car with you. Then I asked if there was a waitlist to be put on and the gentleman (if you can call him that) said I don t know when we will have any. I thought that was the point of a waitlist. To put it plainly I just don t feel valued as a customer. I understand there are limitations but what happened to creative thinking, attempting to solve the problem and wowing the customer. Not only have you lost my respect but you have also lost my future car purchases. I will be sure to let my friends, family and co-workers know as well. I don t want them to fall victim to bad service.
