No thank you. There are too many dealerships out there who wish to honor their customers to waste mine and my family s time visiting with a manager who would physically crumple up an offer. I get upset every time I think about it. I hope you visit with all involved and make sure a customer is never treated like this again. We can all grow from mistakes.

This was my first time at DeMontrond getting regular maintenance service on my truck. The service office was easy to find. The service technicians were polite and very professional, they answered all my questions. The online scheduling made it easy to set up an appointment. The waiting area had two stocked vending machines with snacks and drinks, it was very clean and organized with a television playing on a movie channel which was great. I will continue to use this dealership for scheduled maintenance and I would recommend them base on this visit.

Jamie is an amazing sales person! I came in on March 2nd and I planned on purchasing a 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe, but the experience with the manager Chris made me change my mind completely. He was not very friendly towards me. While i was there another couple walked in and he was overly friendly towards them. Jamie stated that she wanted to send me home in the car, but Chris wanted to run my credit. I said no because I didn't want a pointless inquiry to hit my report. He didn't ask to run the couple who walked in to run their credit, matter a fact he told them that if they needed a car to go home in that he would be more than happy to send them in one. So that whole situation didn't sit well with me. I went home to talk it over with my significant other and we decided that since Jamie is such an awesome person that we will still wanted to purchase from Demontrond, but decided to go with a Chevy. Jamie was able to find the perfect Vehicle, and Mark the manager was more than helpful. I am more than happy with my purchase.

My car was damaged so I took it to several collision centers for work estimates and to get an approximate completion date then was guided by my insurance company to the closest insurance adjustor at DeMontrond Chevy Collision Center on Gulf Freeway. The GEICO adjustor was spot on with her service and super attitude. She made me feel completely comfortable that I would be properly taken care of at DeMontrond. I was then referred to Kandi to schedule my car for work. Kandi advised that it would be approximately 3-5 days for the work to be performed. I was kept abreast of the progress of repair to my vehicle by text message regularly. In a timely manner I was contacted to pickup my car. It was such a pleasure to work with such fantastic, knowledgeable, and customer focused group! Hats off to DeMontrond Chevrolet!! Thank you!!!! I'll certainly pass my story to anyone that needs work on their vehicle.

The mechanic did not put my valve stem for my tire in correctly and it had to be taken back. My tire went flat driving down the freeway. This could have caused a major accident while I was driving down the freeway. Instead of placing my spare tire back in the trunk where it belongs it was thrown in the back seat on top of my children's car seat.

Been having nothing but issues with my car since I pulled off the lot in 2016 spending tooo many trips bringing my car in because there is something wrong with it now my warranty has expired never knew anything about it expiring thought it was a warranty forever now I am stuck not able to afford the $1300 work is needed on my car. So I m just driving arriving praying my car makes it and won t break down. Been worse experience ever having a lemon car as you first car purchase brand new off the lot and each time my car was serviced never got a courtesy rental and you would think I would as much issues I have with this car. Reasons i will never buy another Chevy or car from you guys period!

Wanted to pay cash for a used car but suddenly the car wasn't cleared for us to buy. When we were going to finance it was ready to go. What a scam to be shunned because you want to pay cash.

i bought my 2012 3500 silverado dually in april 2014 from demotrond chevrolet with about 31,000
and have had it serviced there since.the first few time were fine,but when i brought it in for the 45,000 check up they did not top the fluids so i had to add it afterwards. the next time i brought it in i got again a different service writer,and they ask me all the same things like they could not find my name or truck in there computer. this time i called and made an appointment like i allways do and brought it in for the oil change and the engine light was on .so when i got there dawn pajak told me that i would need to leave it cause a service light on a diesel could take a long time to check. so i took it to goodyear to have the oil change and check out that same moring,it took about 45 min. and told me it was the number 4 glow plug. so i took it back to demotronds to have it fixed, this time dawn ask me who my service advisor was and i told her each time i have had a different one . but that i talked to her the week before. and so i needed the number 4 glow plug replaced and she said they had only i diesel mechanic and i would need to leave it so the next day they called me and said it was ready so on the way home there was vibration in the steering wheel . so i turnd around and went back. i told dawn and she had someone come look at it all they did was check with a torque wrench and dawn told me i needed to drive it when they jack up a truck and let it back down it could have vibration like that so i left but i new it was not right so i took it to goodyear cause it was closer,they took the wheel off with me watching and the wheel that demontronds took off had not put it on centered on the hub and that it had smashed the aluminum wheel and could see where it marked the hub they fixed it for free. i will still take my truck to demontronds for servise. but i have not been happy with my service there.

It took them 4 months to finish our brand new 2017...

It took them 4 months to finish our brand new 2017 Silverado truck and it still isn't right. So, we'll just have to deal with it. We got it back with grease stains, dirt and unused parts in the back seat. We called often, understandably, or they would call us with questions, and EVERY TIME they said they would call us back, they NEVER did. The computer is still screwed up, and they lost our floor mats.
