The room didnt smell the best and our neighbours were extremly loud and vulgur we complained twice and nothing happened so we would not visit it again

The workers are very friendly and helpful the rooms are very good I love it here and looking forward to come back here again

Ok If you need a quick layover. Not fancy not service oriented

for the price not bad... once I stayed there and got a smoking room instead of non smoking but that's the only bad thing that happened

Dirty bathrooms, broken lamps/lights, rude and abhorrent owner. Lady was sweet & friendly, but the older man is just incredibly unprofessional and racist. Not sure if he was having a bad day, but you shouldn t take it out on your customers. I don t recommend, there are cheaper and better motels nearby.

Nope. They are cooperative if there is a problem. There may be bedbugs

Pros:Good location quiet a few eateries nearby,clean room,linen,bedding and washroom and enough parking.Good place to stay for the price you pay.Polite House keeping girl,smiles and makes your day.
Cons:Front desk staff sounded rude to me probably coz I am not from GTA.
No iron board in the room and no breakfast.

Never had a problem the 2 times I stayed there the first time I some how dropped my wallet but luckily someone picked it up and brought it to front desk and everything was still in there... second time no problems staff is always nice when me and my husband go for the night.. I say this one is better than Mississauga gate inn

Surprisingly great hotel for a great price. Staff are friendly and rooms are good enough. Nice big flatscreen TV. windows that slide open for a breeze and we'll functioning appliances and heating/cooling
Over all been a great experience. only thing is it seems they have a bit of an issue with guests smoking in the rooms. Not their fault tho

I had to self isolate here for 2 weeks, so I didn't see any of the hotel and facilities were unavailable. Very basic room, but had a fridge and microwave. It's didn't have any tea or coffee making facilities which was a disappointment and I had to purchase my own kettle. Things got a bit loud and boisterous at night, especially at the weekends which caused a little nervousness. Reception staff were very nice and restaurant delivery in the area was good. Pizza from Il Paesano Pizzeria especially good.

Bed bugs. Poor service. Extremely rude. Manager is rude and doesn't give your money back nor resolves anything.

This was perfect for what we needed...a place to sleep.

My daughter (11) and I were in Toronto, we stayed at Deluxe Inn one night and, due to commitment, stayed at another hotel the rest of the weekend that was $189/night.

The room we had at Deluxe Inn was on par with the room we paid $100 more per night for!

Deluxe was clean, the inside of the room looked like it had recently been updated.

The only issue was it is a motel, and the door opens to the parking lot, so at 7am there was some noise as people left for work.

I would not only stay there again, I would probably even go out of my way to stay there because the price was so low compared to the relative quality of the room.

Friendly staff and nice rooms, attention to detail on cleaning needs improvement.

The place was truly great, it would have been nice to have more than 1 room key per room.

This place is ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. They gave me... a single woman staying alone a room that does not lock from either the door or deadbolt to the outside hallway. I had someone come open and walk into my room at 5 and even with the staff knowing they do nothing to fix or help the situation. After asking and asking to speak with a manager and being told no finally they said they would comp a new room door the night and 5 minutes later change their mind and tell me I have to leave without taking any responsibility or making any other accommodation. If you take your safety seriously stay FAR AWAY FROM THIS NIGHTMARE!!!

Mahesh Patel the worker had very good dealing skills and also co-operate very well with me. Helpful and nice politely assistance.

Just ok the 200 deposit was taken from my bank account but they said they into my account but they just kept it so dnt gothere

1.Garbage was not cleaned out of drawers.
2. Hair in sink area and on the floor.
3. Could not hear the tv and could not turn up the tv because the volume had its max volume preset to very low.
4. The motor on the hot tub extremely loud - made conversation almost impossible.
5. Fresh towels were not put in washroom because shaver left on top of towel from previous guest.

very dirty on the outside and inside, receptionist was rude, we arrived man did not accept our payment made by the smiles ne made pay again saying that the hotel never received the payment, even showing him my recipo made for smiles in brazil, had that pays again with hope that smiles gives me back my money was late and had no other options. I do not recommend it

I cancelled a booking just because of the staff's rudeness. there is a guy working at reception named Ash (or he said so on the phone). I called for some help was so rude and laud and did not care about customers and their satisfaction at all. will never book or recommend this hotel

I cannot believe my boss booked this place for my coworkers and I to stay at. The rooms smelt like smoke and I was scared to sleep most nights. I guess its a good affordable option for people but It was a whole other experience for me.

Great value you small clean room conveniently located you get what you pay for.

Not the Ritz but fine place to lay your head down. Fridge, tv, wifi lots of restaurants and entertainment around.

The place has bed bugs it was horrible. Staff didn't offer a different room or a discount . Didn't seem to care at all.

Great little place. If you can look past the minor wear and tear. Soft beds, clean everything, and quiet. Lots of places to eat in walking distance and close to Kipling subway station. I will be coming back!

I thought it was a hotel when I booked it. It was a motel. There were people there booking the rooms by the hour. Gross. Never again. Could not sleep!

Ok quality for price. Slightly loud due to proximity to highway but overall not bad. Customer service needs a lot of work - unfriendly (but not rude or anything)

Pros: beds were good. Had a microwave and fridge and tv was working and shower was working. Cons: TV didn't have many channels and the hair dryer was smoking/zapping/broken (we told the front desk).

The staff was so great they were helping about everything. Plus it was a nice hotel but there were many insects like flys. But the staff was so great and thanks again.

I will never tell anyone to stay here ....$200 deposit after u pay ....said was smoking in my room...when I wasn't...and then fine me $150 for it ....

They don't tell in the reservation that there is no Wi-Fi available due to renovation in the lobby.
The hotel is not very close to the airport and don't close to the city.

Left before booking, owners were aggressively racist.

Mahesh was very polite, helpful and had great customer service. The room was very clean, looked as if they keep it up. The location is close to many stores and some food restaurants as well as not far from from the city. They were also very accommodating in anything you asked and helped promotly. Great people! hope to stay here again in the near future.

Upon arrival I was charged again, despite paying online. Then they failed to inform me that there wasn't any hot water. So I ended up having to attend my social function without a chance to clean up.

Its a nice room nice big TV since we are smokers we don't mind the smoke smell since we are smoking in here anyways microwave fridge everything works good will come back!

Would not stay here again. Even though close to everything. Easy access to stores and restaurants.

They are not honest with transactions i would call and come and he changed price on us just remember now not heading there again

Rats running around freely all hours of the day and night and no one seems to care , by main entrances and by room door, horrible establishment. Place aught to be torn down

Needs updated Remodeling / cleaning done / staff was friendly but rooms need new decor paint & cleaned rooms smells like old cigarette smoke in room . Non smoking room at that. Not good for anyone that doesn't smoke you also could see outside from the bottom of the door

The room was OK. It was very close to the road so a lot of noise making it hard to sleep at night. Next to a burgers king and across the street from Tim Hortons/Wendy's so that's nice. Beds and service is fine. Cable wasn't working so we had no TV and the room had a strange smell. It worked for one night but I'm not sure about staying there for multiple nights.

Clean rooms, good service at the front desk. Location is convenient for drivers.

Stay away from this place. I stayed two nights here and found out, by one of the workers, that the staff had gone through my bags. The owner was VERY rude, in fact, he was talking about me to another worker, in front of me, in a different language. How do I know? Because I speak that language as well. Long story short, the police were called and the owner was forced to refund my money and security deposit. Stay away!

Check in well had to wait it was 4 pm and I was advised well we have been very busy the motel isn t anything special you have a fridge microwave wifi isn t the best towels were clean bed comfortable no tea or coffee facilities.

Was clean safe and comfortable for so central the price is good but well the bed spread has holes checked the mattress etc was ok

Quiet clean and accessable from sky train had a good 4 days.

We had a guest stay at this hotel, the towels and sheets were dirty, he found what looked like mice poop in the bathroom. He had to check out at 3am because he was so itchy from the bed. ( bed bugs)

Trying to bring this to the hotels attention and I just get told " there's no way, our housekeeping does a great job. We have never hear of this before"

I come online and see multiple reviews of how dirty the room is, I will definitely be speaking to Region of Peel.
