Went to the front office to request a pen to fill ...

Went to the front office to request a pen to fill out applications, not only did he look at us in disbelief, nor does the hotel offer its own pens, but he wouldn't let us borrow one of the 10-15 pens on the counter. Wow! Not a recommendation.

Ps. He did not know whether or not we can pay to stay a little longer tomorrow, because he is not the person working tomorrow. Having good customer service is essential in the hospitality industry, and I can't believe how horrible the service is here!

Gordon Ramsey needs to help this place!
