We ordered motor oil there on 14.1.20. According to the information on the shop page, the product was in stock. In the meantime 16 days have passed, the goods have still not reached us. In the meantime we have complained twice by e-mail and once by telephone, but without noticeable success.
Those in charge at Delticom should think about whether you deal with customers in this way. I think a star is still too much.
