FINGER AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! It doesn't deserve a single star. FRAUD ON ALL LEVELS! Tried to return tires for 2 months now - without success! Nobody can be reached by phone and all my emails remain unanswered. I then sent the tires back to Delticom at my own expense. There the acceptance was obviously refused - because they came back to me. Even after I wrote to Customer Service - nothing! I don't understand how such a large company can afford something like this. My next step is the lawyer! Such behavior should not and should not be ignored and I STRONGLY advise against buying tires from Delticom.
