Order motorcycle and car tires since 2012. Always reliable and uncomplicated delivery. Had to take out the tire insurance once (parking damage): Problem-free processing.

Winter tires were ordered on Thursday and they were delivered the following Monday - super fast delivery time. Discount on ADAC, was not a problem. My comment that the tires should not be older than six months was also taken into account. Since I order several times a year at Reifendirekt (even MTB tires) and have always had good experiences, I can highly recommend this shop. I had no complaints yet, so I can not say anything about that.

Delticom (Reifen Direkt) used to be good, but now nothing works.
Goods lie in the outgoing goods department for days and are not handed over to DPD. Service does not respond, no callbacks take place. Fortunately, there is PayPal buyer protection. Find me a new supplier now ...
