1 star is still too much. No delivery after three weeks. Done an email to you, only response from you is a link with tracking to DPD. Package is still in their warehouse, certainly don't get a response there. Why do I have to look for my package when you sent it. Someone with a tiny bit of customer service would go after it themselves. My appreciation for you a big zero.
