Clean, open rooms. Friendly service. Checked in late and it was really convenient that there was a 24 hour restaurant just outside the building. Catering at the conference was of a really nice quality, and plentiful. Apparently the restaurant will deliver to your boat at the dock if you order ahead of time during the summer.

Weekend party hotel during wedding season. Drunk wedding guests carrying on throughout night both Friday and Saturday nights. Hotel management response totally inadequate. It seems as though they value the revenue from weddings much more than individual families. We will not stay here again. Too bad - beautiful hotel that could easily be a four star with improved service, upkeep, and management.

Getting caught in a snowstorm sucks, but the Delta turned up the heat! For us it was an unexpected stay but a pleasant one. The room was fair size but clean, with floor to ceiling windows and a massive HDTV. There Delta has the the look of a five star hotel; elegant decor, enormous ballrooms and a local sports hall of fame, but the price of a 3/4 star!
The gift shop was tight but stocked with anything a traveller could need and anything they may have forgot.
The food was good at the in house restaurant, great price for wings Currently renovations are underway for a new one however.
But the highlight of our stay was the staff. Ellen at the front desk was the friendliest, honest, and most accommodating clerk I've had there pleasure of dealing with. Conversation was smooth as she filled all our requests: including a handsome photo of The Hoff himself, sent right to our room

I went to a mixer for a local convention. The staff and facilities were lovely. Food catered to the event was delicious.

Clean and newly furnished room. Unfortunately not Riverside. Free parking. Beautiful place in the summer. Good service.

This is a great hotel. After 13 hours of driving we arrived and met Kevin, his energy and attitude was amazing... we had to leave the next day and found ourselves talking about how great he was and how nice the hotel was.. on the water... breakfast by the pool....7 days later we decided to return and after the first night it was so enjoyable we stayed a second night. The staff are excellent. Regan was welcoming, Sydney was an excllent resources about what to do in the area and Tess provided the kind of service you expect at the best hotels. It must be said that the rooms were very clean and the food was very good, also lots of free parking for our trailer

It used to be a dive years ago but I was surprised at how beautiful everything was, and the room was modern and comfortable

Extremely supportive staff. My child had a mishap, and they literally pulled all the stops to make sure we, and most importantly she, had all the support necessary. For this alone, I recommend them wholeheartedly.

Very nice hotel, the appetizer and main course weren't very good but the desert served was very good.

We had dinner at the restaurant on the hotel site called Diplomat. It's mostly Chinese food. We had a dinner for 2 and it was easily for more than 2. The quality of the food was excellent. I really enjoyed the fried rice. It's different from what you would get in the USA but a good different. The service was kind and friendly. I highly recommend.

Clean and modernly refurbished, the Delta is an excellent choice for a stay in Fredericton. Service was excellent, and the in-room amenities for those travelling for business (full laptop hookup, with the ability to use the TV as a monitor) are great additions. Location is a but out of the way from the downtown core, but a 5 minute drive or 20 minute walk will get you into the shopping and dining zone if you choose to leave the hotel.

WHAT a nightmare for a top hotel.

Last night on the hotel's 5th floor was a drunken disaster from 1:30am to well past 4:30am. The desk managers could not reel in this mob despite MANY complaints from a few quests (I met some in the hallway). The room 2 doors from mine had over 20 people drinking until 4:00, coming in and out. Each time they would bang and yell to be let in. That was room 517. In another, room 500, the drunks were having "races" down the hallway.

My choice of the Delta to get a good night's sleep before an early 7 hour drive was NOT A GOOD ONE. And I and my family have happily stayed at this hotel many times this summer (as my son is now at UNB). This was not mediated at all by the hotel night staff. I could hear them "please, only 2 people per room" " Ok we'll leave soon" they responded. Then MORE people would arrive. At one point 10 or so of their partiers were in the hall with their cases of beer and booze, loudly talking. At 3:30AM in the morning!!! This to me was public drunkeness. The police SHOULD have been called. There could have been confrontations because these people were SO DRUNK. The poor dude in room 518 had it the worst - right in front of them. He confronted them a dozen times to no avail.

I realize this "but it's a wedding" mess was not your doing, but you have a responsibility to your guests. It was not met. Not only did I lose sleep for a night but the next day was a mess and ruined my plans. I paid (yes in points) for one night's rest. I actually lost 2 nights because of your staff's inability to control a loud party that lasted until 4:30AM. POLICE SHOULD HAVE BEEN CALLED. What is your protocol? Should guests have to call police???

I went to an event held in the Grand Ballroom at the Delta. The staff was excellent the venue was well catered and I had a great time.

Very nice hotel. Huge tv in rooms. Nice view. More expensive and you have to pay 12 dollars for parking.

Went to the restaurant in the Delta Hotel with some co-workers. The food may be a bit of the expensive side, but the dishes are marvelously delicious!

Anytime I am at the Delta, I am never disappointed. Very clean rooms, very nice staff. All around great place

With a question this is the nicest hotel in Fredericton. It has recently been completely redone and is now a Marriott. The staff is very friendly the restaurant has excellent food and in the summer the outdoor pool is a great place to hang around with your friends.

Beautiful room and lobby. We ate at the restaurant in the hotel, DJ purdys, and it was excelleny. Wonderful staff, would recommend.

Went to the the pool bar. Ordered a drink when I walked in, was never asked again if I wanted another drink. Otherwise friendly, but I was more than happy to spend more money had they just asked!

Very clean and spacious rooms, awesome food in three restaurants, and it has two pools!

The weekday pasta lunch buffet in the Urban Grill is reasonably good. The a la carte menu is not great. The location provides great views of the river.

Attended a job fair here, the atmosphere was great and the place looked great.

My wife and I have often gone to this spot for dinner. The tables are clean and set with modern art. The staff are kind and helpful. The meals interesting and professionally prepared. I would often bring guests there for a night with no disappointment.

Very clean and updated hotel. Staff is great and food is excellent!

Service was slow at points but it was made up for by the fact that they did everything they could to see that we had everything we needed and/or wanted in our room. We were travelling with our kids on New Year's Eve and our stay was nice.
The pool is in disrepair. But it is still nice for the kids.

We stayed here for 8 days for business. I prefer to not have my room cleaned daily so I usually ask for extra coffee, cups and sugar to last me the week. I leave a note for housekeeping. I not only got all that I asked for but also extra bottles of water and towels left by Stacy who left me a note in return. On the 7th day they came into my room to leave me more water. . I know that they have to check rooms after a few days but the extra effort of leaving me more water, and the extra touches were appreciated. I travel often and stay in hotels all over Canada and this was a nice touch. Hotel pub food was great too along with the check in service with Ellen

The finest upscale lounge scene in the Fredericton area. The wholesome, inclusive vibe the city is renowned for, perfectly balanced with the luxury of a fine dining establishment.

Currently staying at this hotel and so far I am very disappponted because I have been waiting three hours for hot water just so I can have a shower.

No consideration so far for my inconvenience.

Very nice hotel. Modern with all the amenities, including two restaurants and a bar. Rooms were nice with plenty of electrical outlets and connections for computer to tv. Host were curious and friendly.

Went for a staff Christmas party, and the delta catered. The staff were really friendly and fast bring the food to the table I was very impressed

We went for the pasta buffet at lunch time and it was really good. All of the pasta was made to order with alot of topping choices and home made pasta sauces. There was a great selection of salads and cheese too. Dessert was amazing lemon cheesecake.

I was not impressed with my stay,I was on pool patio with friends having good time talking to staff and they were very friendly answering me and everything seemed fine when the manager came up to me and told me you know what you said and i asked her no what did i say and she you know and basically asked me to leave the area which i did without incident, but I'm still baffled as to what i was suppose to have said there was five other people at the table with me who couldn't understand either what happened but they don't have to worry there is six people who won't be back to that establishment ever again and I'm sure no business can afford to lose any customers but this place just did. unreal I was embarrassed and humiliated in front of everyone. I have money and I could have gone anywhere but I chose to go there because of the friendly staff and atmosphere. Ive never been treated so rude.

Had a company event in Grand Ballroom A/B. We also had the Royal Suite which we used as a hospitality room. Everything was fantastic including the rooms, food, staff, scenery, etc.

Food was great and service was excellent. Restaurant was busy but service was still prompt. Will definately come back.
