Enjoyed the stay very much! Clean superior rooms and an excellent breakfast. Directly at St. Johns river with a nice view and a pool outside. Not to forget the hotel bar, where we spent several evenings with good drinks and nice people, watching ice hockey games.

Overall it looks modern. Staff is friendly. Room and linens are clean and cozy.. Videos can be Chromecasted from personal electronic devices straight to the TV. For the price however, breakfast could've been included :)

Attended a work function that I organized at the Governor's ballroom. the staff were very helpful and professional.

We stay here every time we're in Fredericton, can't recommend it enough.

Nice little spot love to stay got a little bit of an incident when the headboard come off the wall but it was only in by about half an inch for screw I wasn't even through the drywall into a stud but besides that enjoyed my day

I m going to start by saying this hotel has amazing staff, they are so nice and helpful,
We had a great stay at the hotel. My only concern was that there are not enough filters and precautions for COVID 19 and that was one of the reasons we decides to cut short our stay there.
My son wanted to go to the pool and as we got there it was full, he said to me that he did not feel comfortable with so many people around not respecting distance ( when we checked in we asked if there were appointments for the pool like in other hotels ) . Also at dinner time the restaurant was packed

Nice comfortable beds. I liked the gym. The pool was great. Good location. Friendly staff.

Great hotel. Quiet and clean. The hotel is next to water and there is a trail that takes you downtown. Staff were friendly and helpful. I had the French Toast for breakfast and they were delicious!

We sat on the pool deck, which has a great view, but they really needed to clean the glass dividers. The wait staff was excellent and the food was good. But they only have one kitchen for 3 restaurants, and it took an hour to get our food.

We were at the Dip recently for my gf's bday (approx 10 of us)and did not have the best experience. Full disclosure I worked there approx 4 years ago. Firstly our reservation was not set up as they no longer take reservations outside though we were not told this on the phone. Luckily it was a slow night so they were able to set up our table. Our server rarely checked in. We had to call over another server who went to find where ours had gone. I personally order a $17 burger that did not come close to the price tag. Two of the club sandwiches came out missing bacon and finally one of the nacho plates came out and was hard like a brick. It had most likely been sitting under a heat lamp for a while. The night wasn't a total wash as the staff came out and sang happy bday to my gf. She got a free drink and dessert and the bacon cost was removed from the sandwich. Overall this particular experience was not very good.

Good food. Friendly staff. The pool looked disgusting and dirty though.

The Buffet is a great 3 or 4 course home made meal you can't buy anywhere for that price. Can't wait to see the new restaurant they building.

Great evening in DJ Purdy's lounge. Live music by Contagious was really really good and the food, drinks and service were all fantastic.

Dinner was ok. Waitress never brought us enough menus. Took forever to get drinks.

The hotel itself was beautiful. The rooms were neat and had a luxurious feel to them. Overall the service was good, although we did try to call the front desk and housekeeping at one point in the early evening and no one answered.

Highly recommended, great price relative to the amazing service provided. Very nice river view as well, right next to a river trail!

Attended convocation ceremony at the hotel and it seemed very nice. Hotel staff were on the ball bringing out hors douerves and drinks after the ceremony.

The hotel was nice but a bit pricy for what it is. It had a lovely view of the river. The indoor pool was cold and not well maintained. The restaurant staff was nice and some of the hotel staff was nice. We were just passing through Fredericton so we weren't as well dressed/groomed as most of the other guests, so the staff and guests made us feel fairly unconfortable most of the time. It really ruined the experience.

The restaurant food was fantastic, I had the lobster roll one night and the salmon burger for lunch. They were both very well prepared. Easily the best salmon burger I've had.

My room was very clean. The staff were great! I needed a sewing kit delivered to my room and they were quick to bring it to me. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was clean and nice

Currently staying here. Upon my arrival tonight, I asked if a crib could be brought to my room. Within 15 minutes of arriving a sweet gentleman came in set up a pack and play with a mattress cover, pillow coverlet (just in case), and blanket. We used the pool which was clean and the perfect temperature. Very sweet and caring staff. Thanks for the pleasant stay so far! Also the room is perfect, clean, and right next to my company with an adjoining door couldn't get any better

We live in Fredericton and love going to the Delta! The service is second to none every time. The DIP pool bar is gorgeous! You won't be disappointed!

Inconsistent cover fees for people who want to lay by the pool. My friend wasn't charged for cover and she stayed longer than I did. I ended up paying for cover. Really bad system.

The ballroom was very nicely set up. The restaurant food and service were amazing. But the room was ok. There were hairs in the bathtub. There was noticeable dust on the glass shelf next to the light in the bathroom and when you remove the shampoo, conditioner, body lotion from that shelf, the dust is even more noticeable. There's only one hook in the bathroom for towels. We were 4 in the room so there was nowhere to put the towels and hang clothes in the bathroom. Not even behind the bathroom door!

I stayed overnight at the Delta Fredericton, comfortable bed and a clean well furnished room made my stay very comfortable!

Great hotel. Beautiful lobby, great staff to greet you. I forgot my toothbrush and they helped me out. Lots of parking, nice restaurants, room was excellent. No complaints at all!

I have stayed at this hotel a few times over the years and jt has always been great. It is very clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. There is a gift shop and spa onsite. There is also a restaurant and pub in the hotel, both have awesome food. They also renovated over the years and these days it is very contemporary looking. There is also a concierge desk as well. My favorite room is the jacuzzi suite!

Had lunch there. Servers were very confused as to when breakfast ended and lunch began and resulted in a very slow service.

We had a meeting in the ballroom. It was very clean and quiet (no outside noises). The building itself is beautiful. Bathrooms are very clean.

They started charging $12 daily for parking. Parking lot is full of ice, like a skating rink.

The location is great, but the the drop off area really ruins the walkability of the hotel.

Also there is no parking. People just lock up next to anything vertical.
