This place is amazing! From the phenomenal staff to the equipment and party room, everything was fantastic! Coach James was so attentive, helpful and had so much fun with the kids. Very reasonable price for an hour of jumping and an hour party room. Thanks for making my daughters birthday a memorable one!

Vertical Zone is a bit hidden amongst other businesses in a strip plaza in Barrie. The inside is a bit small but is decent for younger kids in my opinion. All the staff were friendly and helpful.

What an amazing place! We rented the whole gym for our daughter's birthday and got a huge party area overlooking the gym. Tons of room for kids and parents. The staff was exceptional. All trained on the trampolines and they did one on ones with kids who wanted to show them basic jumping skills and techniques. They were all amazing with the kids and knew how to handle a bunch of rowdy children. They all showed much more patience than even I could ever muster around that many kids. We were very pleased with our experience and will definitely be coming back!
Great fun for any age. Good safe environment. Been here since they opened at the old location and now new location. Much bigger now, a lot of room, and safe for adults and young kids. Good way to get all the energy out of your kids for the day. Lol

Coach James needs to learn how to speak to little children. Way too high of expectations from a 4 year old.
While we were there there were 3 teenage boys taking over the place and swearing..not appropriate in this atmosphere.
The layout is poor. I was told that my boys could jump together but then got there and they were separated and told one per trampoline making it hard for me to watch both boys.
Not returning!
Great place to have a birthday party and the trampoline classes are great too. All of the coaches including the owner are very nice too.
Had a wonderful time. The instructors were phenominal, showing us different moves and pointers.
Went during the school day and it was very quite there. Allowed us to roam the place freely.
PUBLIC JUMPING:
The public jumping system SUCKS, they stuck 2 people on one trampoline for $15, foam pit cost extra!

Just did my little girls party here. It was crazy as it was 4 - 5 year olds and I invited the whole class, with a few exceptional children and adults added in the mix. James was amazing with all the kids even a aspie pre teen that was trying to explain rules back to him.
The whole place was very accommodating as with multiple Disabled party members we couldn't hold it in the upstair area even though we were so large so we got both downstairs rooms, and everyone was so helpful will definitely keep them in mind again.
And then was told of a time for my son that is specifically for differently abled kids. Could this place get any better!
Hi, its me Emily. My mom and dad have been taking me to Vertical Zone for just over a year. I love it there. It's fun and the coaches are nice. I've learned a lot in a short time and made new friends. I would definitely recommend Vertical Zone to my friends.
So much fun for a reasonable price, the staff were super friendly and helpful and offered to teach us a few tricks or allow us to use the blocks to jump over. Definitely a great place to spend some time and do something a little bit out of the ordinary

The coaches are amazing, they really connect with the kids, listen to them, teach them new trick going with your kids skills.
The viewing area is upstairs, they have comfortable chairs, 2 couches and a large table. There's also a single occupancy washroom upstairs beside the viewing area.
It's also a great place for birthday parties. This place doesn't over book so your sure that your group will have lots of trampolines available.
Great place for a party but other then that, I would not waist your money. I got my daughter a jump drop in card so, you are supposed to be able to go and jump when you want. It is 10 hours for the price of 9 on the rec side. And you can use the hours on the side with the foam pit without paying the extra $3. But what they don't tell you is that you need to book three - four months in advance to get a time on the weekend because birthday party have the same time slots and if they are filled with birthday party they have your money, will not give you a refund and you can deal with it because they do not care.
Under new management and suffering for it. Many of the staff were kept on and are still wonderful, Charlie and James are outstanding in particular but many times their hands are tied due to new policy and procedures. New management are NOT tolerant or empathetic to special needs. They are barely hanging on to the Sunday jump program and have implemented several new changes which make it less accessible. A shame as we have been regular customers since Vertical Zone was at their old location. Went from singing their praises to telling people to try other places in town for special needs recreation.
Very fun! The trampolines were a bit dirty, but it was very fun to do! The trampolines were very bouncy and the foam pit was just plain fun! A little complaint is that the staff are doing kinda dangerous stunts, and then asking kids to try and do it. I think they should just let the kids jump, rather than risking injury to do some sort of stunt.
This place is absolutely amazing. Charlie and Becky have outstanding customer service skills, they were so kind and welcoming.
Seemed Overbooked, inconsistent: was told "if you see a free trampoline it's fair game" paid for both myself and my son to jump got told to to stick to one trampoline, which is fine - except then the instructor took the trampoline I gave up to demonstrate for another guest for 5 minutes and then it was ok for those 2 guests to take up 2 trampolines but not ok for us to take up 2 trampolines. Again inconsistent is my problem and it seemed like at one point we didn't even have a trampoline because of the above inconsistency. Also the website does say "2 people are booked per trampoline" just a note: it's not booked for you, it's sort of a free for all (edited: changed the word mat to trampoline. I used the word mat originally which appearently may cause some misunderstanding)

VERY DISAPPOINTING! Over the past weekend I had rented the whole gym for a party(witch is not cheap) , While booking I was told that I would get the large party room up stairs to accommodate the amount of kids we would be having, apon arriving I was told I got the 2 smaller rooms because another party was in the big room, There was no call made to me informing me that things had changed and when I had asked about it I was simply told " Well there is nothing we can do about it now you should have recived a call" so we had to cram 17 kids into a tiny room because it wasn't fair to have half the kids separated from the Birthday Girl(who did get a happy birthday wish from any of the staff) and rest of the party. The only call I received after booking the party almost 3 months in advance was on the Monday before the party and it was to ask if I wanted to add pizza to the party.I said yes as it would take away from some of the chaos I had going on... all the kids got off the trampolines at 3pm expecting pizza when they got back to the room, My pizza didnt arive until about 3:20pm (luckly I had brought some of my own snacks) witch left us 40 mins to eat do cake open presents clean up before have to be out of the room by 4 so another party could get in there,Oh and the coaches, well i wasn't very pleased with the one main girl she was quite rude with the older kids , and the rest of them just kinda stood there and didn't interact with the kids at all just watched them, no interactions or showing them different things to do. All in All it was disorganized unprofessional and upsetting,I wont be bringing my little one back anytime soon.
