Went to Catch Urban Grill for their pasta lunch buffet. Service was great and welcoming. The pasta was made to order and was reasonably priced for a lunch buffet, $16.

Riverview was lovely, the rooms were clean and modern. All the staff provided impeccable customer service. Bonus is the coffee shop in the lobby that serves Starbucks. 10/10 will visit again.

Beautiful venue for a recent workshop I attended. I enjoyed that there was Starbucks coffee available onsite and the food/snacks provided for the event were delicious. My only complaint would be that parking was very limited with 2 events going on at once.

This place seemed great. Then I went to breakfast and came back to my room to see that it was cleaned, and my iPad, toothbrush, money, etc was all gone.

After going to the lobby to straighten it out, I waited around for a half hour to have my stuff returned.

Everything was returned except the money.

It kind of soured this review, put me a half hour behind schedule.

Great location by the river. Family friendly.
They developed a nice family program for the fall: scavenger hunt, s'mores by the fire...). For service, they were running pretty thin on staff, creating lines.

Great staff. Clean well outfitted rooms. Convention facilities very much good. Wish the room had a nicer tub but everything else was great.

Very impressed! We walked in after a very long 7 hrs of driving and was greeted to friendly staff and complimentary small snack of fish and chips. The room was great! The pool was a hit for our son. I would very much recommend this spot for a one night or several night stay.

The company I work for rent the same space every year and they have excellent service for the Dinner and Dance

We went to the hotel restaurant for breakfast. Overall it was good, but some of the requests were not fulfilled, and the food serving was not as described as in the menu.

Great accommodations at reasonable price for the quality and great room service. Front desk needs help. Not very accommodating gave our room away initially telling us none available but eventually upgraded us

Not sure if it's just an East Coast thing but this was the best customer service I have ever experienced. Extremely helpful and friendly. The facilities were excellent. The gym was great and well maintained. The food options were also top notch.

The restaurants were slower in serving than I would have liked. However, the service was great and the food was good.

Booked last minute. Beautiful room and comfy bed. The staff were all very nice and friendly.

We were in town for a family celebration, with over 10 in our party.
The hotel staff were very accommodating, and we were able to use the corporate lounge for our evening get togethers.
Rooms were clean and the property is well maintained.
Get a room with a view of the river, well worth it!
Very close to many services, the restaurant is quite nice, but a bit pricey.
Lots of parking around the property, even when there are events happening.
The Diplomat restaurant next door has an excellent breakfast for a good price.

The CATCH resturant has a wonderful buffet. Their pasta station is so fresh. I love how they make it for you right infront of you.

The delta has a very professional staff that are genuinely concerned for you well being and work hard to make your stay as comfortable as possible. I will be going back there for sure. I will book all of my company at the delta Fredericton and I challenge other businesses to do the same, you will not be disappointed!! Anytime you have an opportunity to eat at the restaurant there, you need to do it!! Their chefs are amazing!! The food, and all of it is simply amazing!! Even the appetizers I normally do not like were delicious.

The corner room on the 7th floor was very spacious and the bed provided a comfortable sleep! Would definitely come back!

Room was clean and ready for check in. Went to the hotel patio for lunch and received good service with good food and an incredible view of the river. Cleaning service woke us up at 9am, they shouldn't be doing cleaning service until after check out time or at least that early in the morning

Delta hotel is good for views of the river, room is generally clean, response to requests is excellent. The best part is the breakfast is really really good.

Except for pancakes, those could be better instead of prepackaged powder. I mean making pancake batter from scratch isn't that hard or that much more expensive.

Otherwise it is good.

Ate at the restaurant (Catch Urban Grill) for a staff party. A turkey dinner buffet was provided with dessert. Everything was delicious.

The location is fantastic; great view of the St-John river, very nice and classy hotel with beautiful reception rooms. Very friendly staff!!!

Just ate at their new restaurant stmr 31... GO its awesome and so is the new look!
