Best hotel in town. Friendly staff and clean well accommodated rooms.

We had breakfast that day they had new menu for The Breakfast the server was fantastic our kids loved it it was an excellent experience

Clean well appointed rooms, multiple AV inputs and Ethernet at the desk were a nice touch.

We stayed at the Delta for 2 nights. The room initially assigned was not up to par. It had rust marks/nics in varies places in the bathroom and the beds were very crinkled as if someone had been laying on top of them. Front desk immediately assigned a different room that was better. I would not consider the rooms extremely clean, satisfactory at best. Phone was dusty, couch had visible stains, lamp bulb was burnt and mildew spots in bathroom. In addition, the internet quality was poor on the 4th floor. The gift shop and salon are very over priced,( 80. for a mani/ped)i! I gave this hotel 5 stars because the staff made up for everything and the food was excellent! The bellhop, Chris is a very kind man and moved our bags from one room to the other. After we were settled, the front desk called to make sure the room was to our liking. We were offered a complimentary glass of wine by Alfonzo! The lady who delivered the wine was very pleasant, as well as, the housekeeper. She offered suggestions of places around town! I made use of the cool little gym facing the indoor pool. The bar has a great atmosphere. The Internet quality was excellent downstairs. Before we departed we ordered room service. The food was absolutely delicious and worth the price!

Staff is friendly and helpful, especially Cheryl and Ken at the front desk. Restaurants/room service are efficient and good choices when one doesn't feel like going out. Services are well priced as well. Manager is on site and engages with guests to make them feel welcomed. Even shovels the walkway:) Definitely a repeat for my next visits.

service is good,but the building out look little bit older

Really nice . Nachos shrank from last year and the salsa portion is way too small. Quality food though. Highly recommend it

Awesome service. They had delicious cookies in the lobby and their restaurants are great. The buffet option at Catch Urban Grill is the way to go!

Have only been here for convention-type things, but it's a great facility for that. Very nice restaurants too!

Smiling and welcoming staff. Very clean place. All the amenities of a good hotel. Very good value for money.

Human hair in my bed all gym equipment either doesn't work or is rusty, pool is cold and not well maintained they make you feel uncomfortable, paying extra money for a view etc, forgetting my meal and delaying my check by 20 minutes just to get me angry then when I ask "oh I ask for it 20 minutes ago" she said " we were busy and walked away"

Excellent service, spacious rooms, great resort area with lots of trails nearby, pup friendly! Very safe, clean and so pleased that masks are mandatory in public spaces.

The room was excellent. The room service was good. Gravy was terrible. Was looking forward to soaking in a hot tub but there was none at this location. Very disappointed about that. I like to relax when staying at a hotel.

Great room! Rooms service was quite slow and food wasn't warm when it I arrived, that's understandable as we ordered after peak hour. The location is very nice, I was able to explore a good chunk of the town by foot on the paths around the hotel. Unfortunately the waterfront was not that nice, I think it was the time of year since the beach was very dirty and covered in thousands of dead June bugs. I think it would have been very nice otherwise, and this is not a phenomenon controlled by the hotel.

The outside seating area is set overlooking the beautiful river. Slightly hidden within the tree's lining the trails, it's truly a place for relaxation. The service was great! Very friendly staff, fun drink selection, and a time well spent!

Very cosy rooms. Staff very helpful and great. My girlfriend friend and I enjoyed our stay. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.
