Too loud. Heard the neighbor on his phone and using the bathroom.

Had lunch at restaurant. Place was completely empty, but the wait staff were quick and prompt. Menu was very interesting, as it has dishes from several countries/cultures. Food was delicious and staff were friendly. I'll be back.

When I was offered an upgrade to the Club floor for $35 a night when it is regularly $50 a night I thought it was a great deal. Then I found nothing special about the room and it didnt even have a bathtub. Free access to the Club lounge where breakfast was served cant be worth more than $10. Ive been had?

The rooms were great, the staff wr both professional and responsable

Been going to the Delta for 7 years got the same event every year. 99% of the time the delta is great. This year our room has been not to standards with outlets not working and not having basic things in the room. Other then that happy with everything else.

Room was clean and updated. The heated washroom floor was a nice touch!

Great hotel! The bathroom has a heated floor, all the soaps are argan oil and have a nice scent - facial mirror available as well. Spacious room with many different dedicated plugs so you can attach a laptop to the tv. You even get a balcony! Two free waters, powerful adjustable AC/heat, modern fixtures with extra hanging hooks... everything is a step above with a few minor exceptions - no microwave (which most places don't have anyways) and no/slow fan in the bathroom, and no in-room safe. Quite minor considering how nice this is. Also - 1 Pokestop directly in the hotel, three more on the block, and several more within one block of walking! Best of all, EXCELLENT, friendly staff!!! Definitely like this place!

Went to the bar on the main floor. Elephant and Castle. Great place

Clean and trendy hotel. The heated floors in the bathroom on a cold day in Winnipeg is a bonus. The gym is small but has new equipment. A really nice hotel in Winnipeg.

Rooms were very nice condition. Heated bathroom floor and good heating/AC unit.

I'm conflicted on how to review this hotel. The service was among the best I've ever had in a Delta and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. The issue is the building itself: the soundproofing is subpar and it impacted my ability to sleep.

The staff agreed to move me to a different room after I had issues sleeping due to noise from surrounding rooms, and the new room was on a higher floor which helped with noise from downtown (which is to be expected - you are downtown and will hear the city). Even on the 11th floor, I could hear the rooms on either side of me very clearly (closet doors slamming, a pop can being opened - I'm not kidding) and loud footsteps in the room above woke me up several times during my stay. I made several phone calls in my room at night and I'm sure my neighbours could hear clearly.

As a result, I would not stay here again. I'm an average to heavy sleeper and it still impacted me. I've never had this experience in a Delta before and am sorry that I can't recommend this location.

In the heart of Downtown, very friendly staff and the bellman was just awesome. Rooms are very comfortable.

I was attending for a lunch event and the Delta staff provided excellent service. They managed to accommodate some tricky dietary restrictions with professionalism and care. The location is great and the building was very well maintained. Thanks Delta!

Services slowly coming back online through COVID. Treated well for bonvoy loyalty. Good fitness centre.

The roof top pool was under renovation when we where there but I hear it's awesome. The staff we very nice and up graded our suite for free because they weren't very full.

Everything was great. We had a bit of a mix up as to what was included online. I recommend calling in to book. Otherwise excellent place to stay.

Rooms were nice, lots of parking, great smart desk setup.

I really like this hotel, but ever since the renovation, the wall mount HVAC units are so loud, even on low fan. I have to turn it off to sleep, but then awake to a freezing cold room

I travel ALOT for work. And I honestly have to say that the staff at this hotel is bar none, some of the best I have encountered. Not only do they go above and beyond, they make you feel welcome and at home. Have stayed here a few times now, and will continue to come back!

Really nice room -minus that the bathroom is split up. Toilet and shower stall is separate from the sink & amenities.

I am very much impressed with the customer service, the cleanness and my overrall stay. I'm just disappointed with the food.

Nice room. Heated floor in the bathroom, king size bed. Fridge and coffee maker and kettle for hot water. Lots of cupboard space and stand for luggage. Charging station and all cords to connect computers and DVD player also, if you have one to use. Also has a balcony, but no smoking in all rooms and not on the balcony.

The vegan meal was delicious however the Assiniboia conference room left something to be desired.

Friendly staff who were extremely helpful in directing us to our event and seeing if we required anything to make our experience better.

They've done a lot to spruce this hotel up. Redesigned rooms, renovations, and a cleaned up lobby. The restaurant is great, and serves breakfast all day. Good little snack/coffee shop and the rooms are clean and quiet.

We booked a king sized room. Nice clean rooms. Good location. The TVs had Netflix and Prime Video on them which was a nice surprise! The floors in the bathroom were heated. There was a handy reading lamp in addition to the regular lamp. The room had a balcony. There is heated underground parking. I would stay here again.

I was here back in October, for a work conference staff were great, rooms were clean and well organized, the restraunt and bar was cosy and quick waiting staff. It would be great if they offered a shuttle service from the airport though. $45 cab caught me off guard. Great hotel though.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Room is clean and comfy but the air conditioning unit is very noisy and has a slightly damp smell.

Lovely hotel, fully professional. Hint: if you know for sure you want a tub in the WC, ask for one at the time of reservation. All amenities top shelf here.

Great staff at front desk. The family suites were loud being at the pool and our air condition wouldn't turn on.

Great service at the hotel. Only down side is that the heater in the room was loud. Had dinner at the lounge and thoroughly enjoyed my meal. My server, Allan, was great!

This is a pretty fabulous place to stay if you ever find yourself in Winnipeg. It's central with most amenities within walking distance or a 10 minute taxi ride - and taxis are readily available 24/7. Staff are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and always on hand. The breakfast is a must. The Starbucks is the only one I'll/I've recommended Ever. I can't praise this hotel enough. Luvit, luvit, luvit

Nice pool, central location, and comfy beds. Always love the smart desks in Delta's and the heated bathroom floor is a bonus.

Such an amazing stay and the skywalk is amazing didn't even have to step outside to get to portage place mall will definitely stay here when ever I can afford it again

BOMA put on another great event at the Delta. Had chicken with pico, roasted potatoes and French beans.

Worst Hotel Experience Ever do not stay here!!

I booked a hotel room with the delta from july 21-23. I travel a lot and have even stayed in one star hotels who gave me better customer service than I received at the Delta. My cousin was and his girlfriend came in from Toronto to visit for a week I only get to see them once a year. I booked a two bed hotel room for my girlfriend, my cousin, his girlfriend and myself. I always had some problems going to the delta ( we stay there every year around this time) most of the problems are not a big deal. No mini fridge, pools not working that kind of thing not a big deal. But this time was the worst experience I have ever had at the hotel! They said I booked a one bed room not a two bed room. I called in to book. They said people over the phone cannot guarantee anything and " you get what you get" four of us can't sleep in one bed. I asked for atleast a cot. They said they don't have any but" you guys could sleep on the floor lots of people are doing it" I am not going to let my cousin and his girlfriend sleep on the floor!!!!!!!!!!!!. I asked for a refund so we could go stay somewhere else and they said " no sorry we already have the money we cannot refund it!!! All they did was " give me free parking" even though I wasn't going to get parking I might as well. My cousin and his girlfriend went and stayed at a different hotel!! and me and my girlfirend ended up staying at the delta ! Worst Idea ever!!!. I looked at my bill and they CHARGED ME FOR PARKING and they said they cannot refund that even though the manager Kuljeee said it. I have been staying at the delta for 6 years every year. This will be the last I can not believe they would treat me like that. I have had way better service from a one star hotel. Please do not stay here! you will thank me! Very upset. The girl I was talking to at first was Irene and she got the manager named Kuljeee ( is what Irene told me her name was ) Kuljeee said all of the above stuff in the "". Very upset and still in disbelief!! Delta cost me over 350 dollars. if only I did not book with them!

Great location in Winnipeg. Easy to get to the downtown meetings. Lots of good shopping and restaurants nearby.

Constant little problems since check in, nothing that would normally bother me but it's all adding up. Then to make things even better the cleaning lady came into the room this morning when I had the do not disturb sign on the door and cleaned the bathroom while I was in the bed sleeping.

Everything was great! Easy access to restaurants, entertainment and shopping.

Truck wouldn't fit in under ground patking late check in but close to game so ok!

I've stayed at the Delta twice- once with my husband and most recently for a girls' weekend. I love the Delta!

The staff are amazing and accommodating! The hotel rooms are clean and offer comfort (beds are very comfortable)!

I like how spacious the rooms are, you have a little more walking room than average hotels.

The outdoor pool is amazing, but I think the hours should be extended past dusk.

The hotel offer's a balcony, it would be more comfortable if there was a chair, but it's nice to get that fresh air in the room.

The hotel restaurant is delicious, but it is on the pricey side and I feel it doesn't offer a lot of menu options for breakfast. I would love to see some more options.

All in all, I really enjoy staying at the Delta and will definitely stay again!
