Lovely room, very comfortable, all the amenities you'd expect for business travel. Loved the heated floors in the bathroom.

Maids entered the room while "do not disturb" sign was on the door. Things were moved around and went through, was not very pleased about that. They also tried to charge our room for damages made in the hallway that could have been done by anyone. That was the main reason for the negativity of this review. The beds were comfortable, but they really need to work on their policies.

Great location downtown. Rooms modern and quiet. Elephant and Castle pub is attached and has great food and atmosphere.

Nicely furnished rooms, comfortable beds. Very handy access to the MTS Centre.

Staff was very polite, using the board room for this training course worked very well.

Great freshly renovated property. Clean modern rooms with lots of outlets and usb plug ins. Heated floors in the bathrooms and fantastic staff. Great place to stay downtown!

Nice room. Good lightening and screens for the presentations and meeting. Starbucks in the lobby. Good food, bbq chicken for lunch. Overall service met expectations and the space is nice.

I attended a work related event in one of the conference rooms. Extremely comfortable, food served was also quite tasty.

Staff are excellent and helpful, rooms are modern and clean. Easy to get to, connected by skyways to other buildings including RBC convention center. Parking is underground.

Took excellent care of me. Front of house staff made me feel valued as a customer.

Elephant and Castle has really gone downhill. Food is hit and miss (raw cauliflower in the vindaloo, burnt brussel sprouts, etc)

It was my first time visiting Winnipeg and Delta Hotels there. It's located at the heart of Winnipeg downtown and it was easy to reach there from the airport using the Winnipeg Transit bus (Route 15). The hotel is also close to the City Place mall which was good for a quick bite.

Wrt the rooms, they were decent and the staff was very helpful when i requested for late check-out. They do provide the Marriott Digital key option but one downside is that in the lifts, we need a physical key card to get to our room floor.

Food and service at the elephant & castle is very good!

Room was great. The only issue was the shower head. Really low pressure.

Have been to this restaurant for a few years now; now there is a new chef and new dishes
and a few interesting new wines too.

Really good experience at the hotel. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Everything was clean and they had heated floors which was amazing. It was downtown so perfect distance to visit the forks and other parts of downtown by walking

I attended a conference here. The rooms were pretty nice, though there were some noise issues with Charleswood A and B (you could hear the presentation in the next room). The chairs in these rooms are linked together and spaced too narrowly, so that was uncomfortable. Food service from the Delta staff was excellent and the food was very good. Location was very convenient, especially the direct access to the Skywalk. Overall, I had a good experience.

You get what you expect, always appreciate the elevated view from the 15th floor conference spaces.

Very nice hotel to stay at. Close to the forks. 2 pools. One indoor pool with a hot tub and one outdoor.

The service was very good, from the front desk to the wait-staff and housekeeping. All were polite, friendly, and helped make our stay pleasant and enjoyable. The location was ideal, since were there to attend a conference in the event center, which was very easy to access through a skywalk. The hotel is clean and well-maintained.

Clean hotel with friendly staff. Bonuses were the heated tile floors in the bathroom and the balcony view.

******DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL******
Normally I don t write reviews, however, I feel that people need to be warned about this place so they know what may happen and how it may be handled by this particular hotel.
My stay at this hotel ended with a police report for my vehicle being broken into by drug addicts that live in the stairwell of the parking garage.
There is NO security in the parking garage and NO cameras- there have been many instances such as mine and the police have spoken with the Hotel in regards to the drug addicts that live in the stairwell and the lack of security in the parking garage with no action on the part of management.
After notifying the hotel manager, who while sympathetic to the situation, did not offer any compensation for the situation. I am now having to file an insurance claim for the $3000 worth of items stolen and damage done and will have to pay my deductible of $1000.
I will also say that as a guest, you have to pay for the parking garage and should be able to except some type of assurance that you will not come out to your vehicle being ransacked and items stolen.
I have been a loyal Marriott member for quite some time and have Platinum Elite status. This situation has soured my opinion for Marriott and the way they conduct business in circumstances such as this. I may reconsider my loyalty to Marriott as a result.
Stay away from this hotel or risk being violated by being robbed there.

Well maintained hotel, spent little time at the hotel so nothing much to remark of the services.

Venue was great for our event. Lots of space and room at the tables. Ballroom was warm for this time of year and volume of presentors could have been better adjusted.

Clean rooms, great service, great amenities, location is in the middle of a lot of attractions and restaurants. Very close to The Forks. Overall great stay and would recommend!

The Delta is a great place to go for drinks downtown. Connected to a lot of great bars and restaurants. Shannons Irish pub is a great pub corrected to the hotel.

Very conveniently located in downtown Winnipeg. Access via skywalk to most buildings in the area. Clean and comfortable rooms. Outdoor pool and other amenities.

Gym is very small and simple, and they don't have Sportsnet :(

The best place to stay in downtown Winnipeg. When you are in what is possibly the worst major city in Canada this hotel will provide a nice escape from the cold. Nice gym and pool, decent food options. If you ever want to leave the hotel (which you won't) you are close to the 'major sites'

Had coffee at the cafe at the lobby that sells Starbucks coffee. Not much selection and ambience is very boring.
