Rooms and are recently renovated, restaurant Oak and Cru is superb! Love this place even more and should be on your list of places to stay in Kelowna! It's my first choice

I was there for a professional conference. The hotel was clean, had all the amenities that were needed. Food that was served during the conference was amazing. Great service.

Came by for a meeting in one of their conference rooms. Small room, but we didn't need it to be big.

We stayed here with a group of 30 people. Great location, and amenities. Love the fact that there is a Starbucks inside and the oak restaurant with the back patio is fantastic.

Stopped in for lunch at Oak+Cru on the weekend. Service was good and the food was tasty. Their flatbread pizzas are probably the best thing on their lunch menu. Beer selection could have been wider. Prices were on par with any upscale casual restaurant. There wasn't any on the afternoon we were there but the views of Okanagan Lake and the mountains make it a nice place to sit and eat/drink during good weather days.

Service is great, well maintained, wonderful staff. Absolutely beautiful location!

I'm relaxing in our spacious room with a huge ensuite bathroom complete with jetted tub.... after eating a delicious, fresh, light breakfast brought to me in our room. Our check in yesterday was quick, friendly and painless. The staff is very professional but friendly. We look forward to eating in the dining room and doing a wine tasting in the wine room while we are here. Now I will get ready for my spa appointment....

The room was very dark (literally no lights) and no full length mirror except in the closet - but the door would not stay open. No makeup mirror. It was very difficult to get ready for work at a conference. The food was terrible. TERRIBLE. I was sick to my stomach after each meal. WARNING - do not eat the pizza (mushy), cream soup, or crispy french toast (deep fried bread).

Beautiful atmosphere, pleasant staff, gorgeous area.

Not a good experience. Pool staff was very rude and aggressive (heard from other guests that unclaimed booked seats were sold after 30 minutes). We will not recommend this hotel moving forward.

Attended a company Christmas party in the conference center. Was a nice spacious room with a good setup.

Very disappointed. Known for its outstanding customer service I feel frustrated and sad that a brand like the Marriott has this level of poor service. I will think twice before booking at the Marriott. I had a conversation with staff and felt completely unheard. Beautiful location, very poor service.

Went for our anniversary. When we checked in, our room was completely flooded, bed was slept in, tv was on and room was blazing hot. The staff did not check the room before even giving us the key which makes me assume they haven t done any room checks during the quarantine. Our bags were soaked. At least they said sorry when we went down to get a new room.

I always enjoy a night away staying at the Delta Grand and love the proximity to Prospera Place. The only drawback is paying $24 to park my car overnight (not valet). I asked it there was anywhere to park for free and was told there was not. So there is a $24 parking surcharge that can't be avoided

We had a corporate event here. It is central (Kelowna) and has many good features. What didn't work the hotel staff made sure to fix. The valet girl is the best.

Bit disappointing. No breakfast available for a major hotel? Give you a parking slip to a schlep back to the parking garage to put on car not best way to manage. For the very high price charged expected much more.

Just ok. Rooms small with basic to no amenities. Though it is centrally located and the lobby restaurant was amazing - a range of options for vegetarians and vegans as well. Wouldn't stay here again.

Well it's awesome. But when bar is busy, which it is alot, its hard to get service. Casino is attached to hotel. Pool area is great, bar right there. Close to everything downtown.
Place to go if you want to splurge.

This hotel doesnt seem like a marriott hotel but resort like. Staff is super helpful

Service was refreshingly easy going and fast-paced at the same time. Views were stunning and they didn't even mind us lingering around for a couple hours for extra drinks ;)

I was there for the Canadian culinary championships 2018. There staff was amazing. Everything was clean! Food was spectacular! Couldn't have had a better experience.

The only thing that could've made it a 5 start treating was that they didn't have a safe in the room. They had it only at the reception.

Despite the hotel being a little labyrinth-esque, the staff was always friendly and ready to help. They also did a great job in assuring that the rooms kept the noise down without a complaint needing to be made.

This is our second time staying at this hotel. Wonderful location and we enjoy the amenities. I'm not impressed with the changes to the Marriot BonVoy loyalty program but at least this hotel gives some extra perks to help make it sting less.

Plus I really appreciate the electric vehicle charging stations they have available for guests. The staff are well educated on them and they are easy to access.

We went to the casino. It was very clean and the staff was professional and approachable.

Lovely hotel and amenities. The restaurant serves an excellent breakfast. Pleasant and very helpful staff. The wine tasting room and wide selection of local wines is impressive.
The spa looks quite nice. My only suggestion for improvement: the fitness facility could use some upgrading for a Marriott hotel family resort.

Everyone there tries their best to make you comfortable.

If you are looking for some cash while you are between jobs then this is where you need to go. Phil and his team will get you to fill out an application sheet detailing your abilities and then will match you up with employers looking for some temporary workers and off you go. You are paid daily after you finish, you are not obligated to work at any one place and you go home with a cheque in hand that day after you are done.

Room was cleaned daily. I applaud hotel for sticking to the health protocols. Hotel itself feels old and outdated though. King bed was lumpy and uncomfortable.

The company I work for has an annual party here. The rooms are clean and reasonably priced for the location.

We stayed for 4 nights last month and it was good once we got to our second room. The service was ok, but I must give props to the guys at the entrance. I've encountered a lot of valet staff and these guys looked like they genuinely enjoyed interacting with everyone, which was nice to see. I did enjoy that I could use my Netflix on the tv, but I wish they had all the streaming services available to use besides the one everyone has on their devices & that I'm already paying for myself on top of paying for the room. The first room they put us in had a a view of a roof and other parts of the building. The window and roof were so filthy and covered in cobwebs I was shocked. It was a flat roof and their is no excuse for that. That shouldn't have been a room offered firstly and if it has to be, put a little effort into the outdoor view by at least cleaning up. Worthy to note is that I myself didn't book the room, I had it done for me so this room choice isn't the hotels fault.
