The pool was outdoors and lit up with changing color light that kids loved. Breakfast was great, staff was friendly, and the room was nice!

Clean and comfortable place to stay. Close to lots of attractions and food establishments. The customer Service was above expected. Staff was more then curtious and helpful. Derek who i believe to be the Manger was above and beyond helpful and stands by proper customer service.

The jacuzzi room was awesome! Very clean hotel with an awesome staff. They were very welcoming and helpful.

My whole family is sick from the eggs at breakfast, all 5 of them .3 toddlers and 2 adults, when I brought it to the attention of the assistant manager, he said their was nothing he would do because nobody else complained. He disregard what I was saying, and said he didn't believe it was the eggs, I paid 256 and a100. $ deposit for a total of 356.oo, I should at least be treated with respect, I've been dealing with nothing but disrespectful employees
What I misrable time, we can't go do anything because every one is sick, so it's a waste of money.

Really nice staff and rooms. But on all 3 of the nights my mom stayed there the police were called on residents.

Good motel. Stayed here before our breakfast at Deleon Springs and our auto train back to Virginia.

Great hotel. Comfortable beds, nice towels, clean room, kind staff, good breakfast. Nice pool and hot tub. Convenient area. Stayed close to a week with children. We all enjoyed everything they offered.

Very quite. Breakfast was served down stairs. Very clean. Had no problems with the maid or receiving clean towels. I would visit again

We always stay here when we visit DeLand and it's always been okay. This was our first visit in several years and they've remodeled since we were there last. They've done a fantastic job! It's reminiscent of a Hampton Inn (where we usually stay when we travel). Not quite as nice but the same feel. We were quite impressed to see this from a Comfort Inn. And as always, friendly, helpful staff. Request a room on the front of the building so you can watch the skydivers out your window, or watch them jump from the hotel pool.

Is in a good location for the starting point for sightseeing.
There is plenty to see with in minutes of this hotel. The price was good and was clean.

My parents and I made two night reservation here. The management only made note of one night. Upon arrival at the hotel today, our key wasn t working. We had to get cleaning staff to help open the door. When we walked in, all our clothes and my mom s insulin (which was in the refrigerator) was placed into a trash bag! And someone else s belonging was already inside the room.

The manager of the hotel is named Derek. The front desk staff lady was named Gabrielle. The front desk staff was rude and didn t try to help the situation. To me, this is a medical and health/ safety issue. The staff said the insulin was placed inside a refrigerator but when we retrieved the insulin it was extremely hot.

Please don t stay here, it is not worth it.

Nice clean and affordable choice hotels are the best

Have not stayed there yet. I made a phone call to make reserve two weeks of stay for 3 rooms. Then I was told the price of $85.00 a night was not correct. The first night would be $114.00 the next night would be $127.00 the next night would be $157.00 and so on. Can you imagine what it would cost for one room in a week, for 7 days it would cost approximately $1,169.00 for one room. I was going to reserve 3 rooms for two weeks. I am guessing it would have cost me over $6000 for that time. For a two start hotel, looks as if it is robbery

Decent room, but they gave us a room that already had people in it. They thought we were trying to break into their room and it was embarrassing. Then we were given a room, but had us listed as being in a different room in the computer. So because of this, they called me when we were out the next day and told me that I had to get new key cards because we were locked out of our room. They wanted to verify who we were. Most of the staff were friendly "otherwise," and the breakfast buffet was good. It was clean and the person managing it was on top of it all. They were apologetic for the confusion and we may stay again, but my trip to Deland would have been so much better if this hadn't happened. Oh! Also the safe in our room didnt lock because the battery was low on the lock, so there was no time for us to wait and have it fixed before we left for the day. (We didnt realize this until we were leaving the first morning and we were running late, so we couldnt wait.) It was stressful. I'm giving this hotel stay 4 stars because the rooms were clean and comfortable, the morning buffet was neat and offered many breakfast options. The staff was mostly friendly.

Dirty room, bathroom definitely not sanitary. Television didnt work. Only thing good was the AC! We left after 45 minutes. Very disappointed!

Perfect for me. I was here on business... 2 miles from hotel. Front desk staff was more than helpfully. The suggested a place for dinner that turned out to be what I was looking for. My room was clean, floors swept and bathroom was spotless.

Very happy with our stay. Rooms were very clean and staff was wonderful. Very friendly and always ready to answer questions. Very accommodating. Will definitely stay here any time I m in the area.

They tossed out a single mother and her 9yo daughter at 2am because she was a witness to a domestic dispute in the parking lot

We stayed here during the last hurricane and the hotel could not have been more accommodating then. And earlier Marty spent 30 minutes on the phone with me helping work out upcoming reservations. Their customer service is outstanding.

They have nice employees who are very friendly, but the room was not very clean. Floor was filthy, wet and the room stunk like seafood. The sheets on our bed were so dirty, they smelled of body odor. So gross. The continental breakfast is sad. Danish and muffins in plastic packaging. And coffee. I have stayed in worse, but overall just disappointed. Would expect the price to be a little lower to match the standards

Did not clean room for several days, hard to get towels

This was one of the cleanest hotels I've stayed in. The bathroom sparkled! Breakfast was very good and the staff was outstanding. Definitely a great value

The hotel is tremendous good service and the person who attends super friendly. The only thing that they should be more careful is to allow them to smoke marijuana. I know that it is legal but there are people who do not like to use any type of drugs and that smell does not make the hotel look good, they should say that they do not smoke that inside the hotel. Another thing, young people believe that staying in a hotel can do whatever they want that should not be because other people use the hotel as their home and what they want is to get to rest and it is making noises in the corridors it is very bad aspect

A wonderful place to spend the night as I have stayed here when my new home was being built it was the nicest a for the people were so kind to me especially the manager. I will stay here anytime I need a place to go. Lovely breakfast buffet. Worth every penny.

This Was Unexpected And They Didn't Know I'm In The Military , That's Why They Extended It

Awful!!

Stayed in room 114. The AC dripped ALL night long. Drip. Drip. Drip. The most annoying thing ever. I COULD NOT fall asleep.

Then at around 6am the AC stopped cooling. I was laying in bed sweating, while the AC temp was set to cool to 70 degrees. I turned on the fan and music, which masked the dripping noise and I finally got some sleep around 7am.

At 10 am the housekeeping knocked on the door and opened it, even though we had not checked out. Thank god she left, but that woke us again.

The pool and hot tub are severely lacking. They're small and dated and does not have much space for more than about 10 people out there at a time.

Room was sparse and lacked furniture.

Everyone here is good people I will always come to this hotel
