Pizza and mozz sticks are great. The staff is always way friendly. Almost marked it to a 4 because their phone doesnt seems to ever work.

The food was amazing! This was some of the best pasta and pizza I have ever had. The only issue was that the restaurant itself was wayyyyy to small for the amount of people that were inside the building, which I'm not sure if that could be fixed or if it's in their budget or not so that doesnt lead me to deduct a star. And the staff were very friendly, considering how busy they were. They were busting their butts back in that kitchen though!

Ordered through DoorDash. Big mistake. No food after 1 1/2hrs. You shouldn t offer these options if you can t deliver.

Pizza was decent at best. Ordered though Uber eats. The garlic knots were super cold, I don t think they heated them prior to sending out.

Wish I had taken some pics but they wouldn't show you just how scrumptious this food is. We ordered zucchini pancakes, pizza, garlic knots and a Greek salad. Everything was delicious. Both the Greek and Italian house dressings were good enough to drink. We will be back.

I'm sorry to hear that they don't deliver I drove 2 hours to get here quit crying. It's either here or Chicago or New York if you're looking for authentic deep dish pies you got them here!!!

Amazing! Seriously, Garlic Knots cannot be contended with. Looooved the dough for the calzone so flaky and yummy. Smoooth fillings and sauce. And no wait.

Delicious food for a great price- I was in love the minute I tasted their marinara sauce. From their 50 cent garlic knots to their pizza, I cannot reccomend their food highly enough. Definitely my new favorite spot on Merrimon!

Very busy on a Friday night. Best ever place for lasagna and the staff are the friendliest ever. Made me feel like I knew them all my life. That was worth everything.

Excellent subs! We had the Roast Pork with gruyere and apricot horseradish and a cheesesteak.

Been ordering for over two years from them and I can say they have the BEST ranch dressing this side of the Mississippi. Never had any issues. All the food is delicious. I m not super fond of their steak and cheese but that s a personal preference.
I just order the eggplant sandwich instead. Simple as that. Their subs, pizza, wings and salads are amazing you can always find something that you like. They call themselves not through a 3rd party when they are out or can t do a special order and offer something better or close to. Super sweet employees. Never waited longer then 45 min for a large order or 20 minutes for a smaller one. I love them so much and if you ve seen my other reviews I wouldn t say anything that wasn t true no matter how much I adore the company. I would give more stars if I could.

Got a pickup order while visiting Asheville. The Chicago Style deep dish was one of the best I've had in years. The portions are huge and the prices are fair. If you're looking for authentic Midwestern Italian, this is IT.

I just found out about this place from one of their employees that I've got to know out in the community. I wish I would have known about it years ago as Asheville lacks good pizza. The pizza, zucchini pancakes, and Greek salad are all delicious. I have nothing but good things to say about this restaurant. The pricing is also very reasonable for as high if quality as it is. I highly recommend. I also found the staff to be very kind and personable.

Try their pizza fries, they are amazing! I have never had a meal there.

Deep dish and wings were absolutely phenomenal, wish they had more options on the wings but besides that the wings were large and very tasty and they had the good ranch to boot pizza was about as authentic Chicago style deep dish as it gets and tasted fantastic.. will be back and will absoluty recommend for a pizza night!!!

Yesterday my coworkers and I ordered from Del Vecchios to be delievered as advertised on your website. Today we wanted to place another order and we were told that they couldn't because we were out of your 5 mile radius. I googled it, and we are 4.2 miles away. You lost all our business and that sucks for you. You also really need to change your website to reflect what you're implementing. You can't just decide one morning not to deliver to places without changing your advertising. This is horrible business management.

We must have just gone at a bad time, but we were more or less ignored even though we were sitting at the bar. Both of our dishes were horribly underseasoned, though the portions were very large. The staff were all on their phones while cooking, and were very inattentive to both the few customers in store and the phone that kept ringing.

There hasn't been one thing I've ordered that wasn't amazing!!! And they deliver!!!

I do not know why anyone eats here. No one in the kitchen wears gloves. The kitchen staff is always nibbling out of various toppings, while preparing the food. Wait time is absurd because the staff is either bickering with each other or giving the various delivery drivers a hard time. The man hating red headed waitress is extremely rude to co-workers and customers. I am so glad I changed jobs and don't have to go there anymore.

BOI!!!! My wife and I were in Asheville for an extended weekend vacation. We ordered the Chicago style through GrubHub and we were not dissapointed. We were both surprised by the size of the pizza as it had to have weighed 4.5-5 pounds. My wife was only able to eat one slice and I barely made it through two. The amount of cheese, pepperoni and ham was insane! If you are in Asheville you should really give them a try. I am amazed at the price of the pizza for what we got. I don't see how they make money because you will definitely get more than what you pay for.

We ordered takeout while visiting in Ashville! This pizza was UNBELIEVABLE! Everything from the crust to the toppings were so fresh and perfect! It is a huge messy pizza...which is the way it should be! So great! Truthfully one of the best pizzas we have ever had! Wow....just Wow!

I am a native Upstate New Yorker and it is hard to find Italian food that matches to what I grew up with but this place comes real close! Great Pizza, great chicken parm. My kids LOVE their Bolognese. I love their strombolis as well (Real hard to find any, much less good ones!) So we order at least once a month and have it all delivered (MESSY I have to say they could clean up the delivery process, they need better containers or something) I have not tried the Alfredo yet but I am about to! Fingers crossed they do that as well the rest! The absolute only thing I didn't care for was the marsala but I am ultra picky about that and I know other people do like it. All in all I am giving it 5 stars! I don't know what I would do without my Del Vecchios fix! Keep up the good work guys!

Very good deep dish pizza and pasta. Although they have a bar now, it's still much more of a takeout place. Split a pasta dish with somebody for a cheap, filling meal.

Food NEVER SHOWED. Tried to go thru the ordering service to see what the deal was. They contacted Del Vecchio's and said it would take another 20 min (after 1.5 hrs). Will never eat there. Don't order delivery unless you just like to get hosed.

ps: We were refunded and the owner contacted us in an effort to remedy the situation (it was a problem with the ordering system) and sent us a gift certificate. In the end they made it right and we have picked up food that we enjoyed.

Delvecchios has been my go to takeout for years of living in this neighborhood. Probably since you opened. I ordered takeout tonight and waited much longer than estimated to arrive to pickup my order Bed it s Saturday night and I wanted to give them plenty of time to prepare my order. I walk in, am not greeted by the hipster dude working the counter instead he just takes my $25 and doesn t even say thanks actually... so I pay and am (then) told by this super rude disheveled hipster chic that one of the items I ordered was switched out somehow, do you want a bbq stromboli no. I don t. And then this girl at the register gave an insincere sorry with the shrug of the shoulders. I ll just go wait in my car for ten minutes for the takeout I ordered an hour ago while you make my food... because I have nothing else to do. Customer Satisfaction was definitely not this crews priority tonight. Super disappointing.

Best slice I've had in a while, and only $2.50 for one topping. When they get beer I will be hooked!

I've been going here for a while now and find it very easy to say that if you don't have food here you're missing out hard. Food is always on point, delivery is always great (sometimes you gotta separate the salads, talk to Maroon 5 lookalike who works there he knows about keeping hot and cold separate). If I could tell every tourist one place to go it would be here for food.

3rd best pizza in Asheville! Good pizza good price. 2nd best is Barleys downtown on Biltmore and the best pizza hands down in my opinion is Manicomio pizza on Biltmore! Check out all three and let me know what you think!

Had an order that didn t come through from DoorDash and called the restaurant. I spoke to the owner who was so kind to take care of the issues with our food as well as with DoorDash. The owner personally delivered our missing pizza after he clocked out of work for the day! On top of it all, the pizza was delicious! You could tell the sauce was fresh and not just out of a can and the chicken topping was thinly sliced and juicy. Will order again!

Ordered this place through Uber eats and got the chicken marsala. Not being from the area, I saw it was a local favorite for Italian food (not specific to pizza) so I decided to try it. Timing was perfect and the food came hot accept it tasted like microwave boiled pasta microwaved mushrooms and canned chicken thrown into a tin. They forgot my dessert. And the only reason I m giving them a second star is because the garlic knots were the only thing I was able to enjoy

Best Italian in town. Food times can be a bit high because they are so popular.

Try the deep dish style pizza. Dont get too many vegetable topping or it gets watery. Stick with meat toppings or mushrooms

I ordered garlic cheese bread and fettuccine Alfredo with grilled chicken. It is so good I could cry. Everyone seemed very friendly and helpful. 10/10 experience
