Interview process is disaster. They conducted rounds 1 for me and i answered every questions in details but they told me that they will let me know. I haven't received any call or Mail after that.

They even don't know for which profile they are hiring the people.
Sent JD for data analyst, asked questions for business analyst and both are the very different parts. After waiting of 1 hour, they realized that candidate will not suitable for the profile.

Worst interview process. 2 years back i applied for a position and the HR scheduled my interview but that didn't happen even after getting it scheduled 3 times as per their convenience.
Now this time I again applied for a position hoping interview process would have been better here but now again I faced the same thing. The interviewer didn't turn up to take my interview.
I ended up wasting my leave which I took for the interview. HR also didn't responded even after dropping a mail.
I would request to upper management to kindly improve your hiring process and take others time as seriously as you take yours.
I am highly disappointed with the level of professionalism your HR shows.

Decimal Software Company which provide services to their clients in Gurgaon good company to learn for new techies, but BTech or equivalent degree is prefered by company for hiring freshers. Infrastructure is good and even working environment. Their hiring process is not too easy not too hard to crack.
