Team ops is a joke. They bully everyone from patriots place staff to customers. They call people names and act like they are above the police. I understand the need for security guards especially at a place like this but when you hire mostly convicted felons it doesn t make anyone feel safe.

First and last concert at Gillette security was letting their friends into field seating section A-1 tonight for George Strait/Blake Shelton. fans were getting security to remove people from their seats.....I purchased two floor level seats and continuously struggled with keeping two young children out at least one of my seats.....obviously the parents were more interested in watching the show and putting their children in any seat where someone wasn't sitting at the moment ( I felt sorry for the poor misguided children). Why pay good money for a seat and security lets all the riff raff in.

Theyre the security part of gillette stadium, doing security for patriot games and other events. I went to the oriontation after being hired and realized it wasnt going to work with my full time job. But wprling there would be good for college kids or retirees i think. Seems like a cool place to work. I love gillette stadium and patriots place.

The starting pay is minimum wage. When minimum wage was $10.00 per hour in massachusetts team ops was $11.00 per hour. Now Team ops is requiring all Team Ops associates to take 3 level module classes and after completion it doesn't provide an increase in pay. Team Ops doesn't pay at the rate of a fair compensation. The COO recently departed the company and Team Ops isn't replacing his position in the near future. This opens up available money, some of it is going to associates in Hr, Senior director, Command Center, Module trainer etc. They're getting incentive bonus opportunities, as team ops security isn't getting a raise or incentive bonuses. Stay away from Team Ops until they provide a raise for all associates.
