Worst interview process. 2 years back i applied for a position and the HR scheduled my interview but that didn't happen even after getting it scheduled 3 times as per their convenience.
Now this time I again applied for a position hoping interview process would have been better here but now again I faced the same thing. The interviewer didn't turn up to take my interview.
I ended up wasting my leave which I took for the interview. HR also didn't responded even after dropping a mail.
I would request to upper management to kindly improve your hiring process and take others time as seriously as you take yours.
I am highly disappointed with the level of professionalism your HR shows.
