I am pleased with the service and the variety of goods

A great store with a variety of interesting sports and tourism goods.

I am a regular customer of the store and I have always been satisfied with the products they offer. Huge variety and reasonable prices. The staff is polite and friendly. I always go there with pleasure.

4 stars only because there is always something missing from the products. You check online - 8x jackets, you go there the same day - 0x jackets. Well it's time to fix your warehouse software or something.

Well, prices are quite good.

When I got cross path-ed by a car and busted my elbow joint, I got pretty good sling elbow supporter. I could even ride my bike again after 2 weeks or so.

If I could, I would choose half a star. Once again, total inadequacy with an online order. A few months ago I drove 3-4 times to your physical store, because the site said that there is a bicycle, it turned out that it is not. Then I was informed that it was already there and kept for me, I went to the place and it was gone again, I needed a lot of nerves and efforts to give my money.

Now the same thing happens again, I reserve a product to pick up from the store, I receive an email notification that the product is there and I can receive it within 24 hours, then it is canceled, and less than 12 hours after this email, I I NOTICE in my account that my order has been canceled, I send an inquiry, and in the feedback I am told that the order has been canceled due to lack of availability?!?! First, how do I get 24 hours to get a product that is not available? And second, how would I know if I hadn't logged in? You lost me today as a customer, obviously we are not valuable to you.

Very poor and unprofessional customer service - online and by phone! For 2 days I've been trying to buy equipment to pay by bank transfer or credit card. The only time I was able to make a phone call to the store (according to my mobile phone's 57 attempts / calls), the employee had no information on how I could pay by card or bank and contact me at an online store department. From there, they also made it difficult for me to provide information and advised me to send an e-mail so that my bank account could be sent to Decathlon, and so until the second day, I have no response to the e-mail I sent ... extremely poor and unprofessional service! Unique Vitosha Decathlon!
