If I could, I would choose half a star. Once again, total inadequacy with an online order. A few months ago I drove 3-4 times to your physical store, because the site said that there is a bicycle, it turned out that it is not. Then I was informed that it was already there and kept for me, I went to the place and it was gone again, I needed a lot of nerves and efforts to give my money.

Now the same thing happens again, I reserve a product to pick up from the store, I receive an email notification that the product is there and I can receive it within 24 hours, then it is canceled, and less than 12 hours after this email, I I NOTICE in my account that my order has been canceled, I send an inquiry, and in the feedback I am told that the order has been canceled due to lack of availability?!?! First, how do I get 24 hours to get a product that is not available? And second, how would I know if I hadn't logged in? You lost me today as a customer, obviously we are not valuable to you.
