The store has an assortment but no numbers are supported

Because I cannot put negative stars otherwise I will score - 5 stars.

According to their website, they have something in stock. On sunday a friend of mine bought it. As it's out of season I understand that they might not have more, so I came and ask in information.

Their answer was "we don't have it" without checking on the computers and no other answer than no. So I ask if I order from their online store, how long will take them to have it. Again without checking nowhere their answer ... We don't know... What kind of service is that? Seriously I will not step in a decathlon in Bulgaria never more.

Poor service / no customer oriented / no information or whatsoever...

What a disaster...

I found the goods I was looking for quickly and easily. Currently the range is reduced.

Any sporting goods. There are good hits on branded goods at attractive prices. Exceptional staff - responsive, courteous and competent. Great copies of cheap thermal underwear. This shop is better stocked compared to Decatlon in Levski G.

I asked the cashier to check the set of protectors if everything was inside, and he told me that it did not know what it was supposed to be inside.

I bought sneakers break in foil and a bit of edge to 32 days (18.06.19g of 20.07.19g I wanted to change them) I do not changed them because they were like new and have not been posted or soles are worn, you do not ba * serious work !!!

Good shop, good service, but it only made me feel bad that a gentleman was walking the dog without a leash in the store. He barked and walked freely, and the children competed with the wheels on the central alley. Otherwise the shopping was enjoyable and we found the necessity.

The store is a huge room with many sporting goods. Good quality products can be found at bargain prices. There are plenty of seating and samples. I liked the fact that one can stretch and feel the shoes, not just try them sitting. It puzzled me that for almost all the models that interested me, some numbers were missing. They were not exhausted - the numbering did not go well, and if one number was small, the next one, with two numbers bigger, was already too big. The upper shelves are very tall and inaccessible - we have to push long objects with the desired shoes, and then we could not get them back. (I am over 1.70 and I do not often get to the store shelves.) A serious minus is the location and lack of good road markings to guide the drivers when entering and exiting. One could also think of a shed between the entrance of the shop and the parking lot - it was raining, and the paper bags barely stood by the car.

Super service and a wide range of all kinds of sports goods. They have service for bicycles, skis and other goods.

I am personally satisfied with the products I have taken so far. Service needs serious improvement. Products that are exhausted are nice to announce that they are not available. For lower-priced products, there is no information.

Unfortunately it had only 40% of the items I was looking for. I had to make an order waiting about 2 weeks for delivery IF they were available in the warehouse..... Prices are good but product portfolio limited.

I am a regular customer, but this time I am disappointed. I buy a children's bike for an hour and twenty minutes, provided that I more or less knew what I was choosing. ... Minimal attention and bad-tempering attitude of Alex :( ... I wonder why we argued for 30 minutes that a mandatory condition for the purchase is to have my e-mail and in the end they sold it to me with a non-existent email.

My ... this is where you can buy quality but inexpensive sports equipment. Primarily for amateurs and slightly advanced. It's a little hard to get in and out with a car that's very busy with the roads to the dirt but it's a super shop. The morning of opening on Sunday welcomed all staff and even applause. :)
