Very poor and unprofessional customer service - online and by phone! For 2 days I've been trying to buy equipment to pay by bank transfer or credit card. The only time I was able to make a phone call to the store (according to my mobile phone's 57 attempts / calls), the employee had no information on how I could pay by card or bank and contact me at an online store department. From there, they also made it difficult for me to provide information and advised me to send an e-mail so that my bank account could be sent to Decathlon, and so until the second day, I have no response to the e-mail I sent ... extremely poor and unprofessional service!
