If you are searching for a big sport shop, that is Dekathlon

The most sports store. There's everything here, huge. Very cheap, very worth an hour's visit.

Good range of products but the prices on some items can be very very high.

From there I bought the most comfortable running shoes.

It would be nice to have the goods written in Bulgarian in the notes so that one can orientate what it is.

A decent sports shop. You can find something for every sport. I like that there are strange sports brands at good prices. I do not like that their reductions are almost lacking or somehow symbolic, they have nothing like a outlet. The parking lot is large, but there are 50 places for the disabled, the people are tight, the entire parking lot is full and the nearest 50 places are invalid, that is empty. Surely, if people with motor problems do some kind of event in your store, then it's not going to be everyday!

Well stocked store. There is still much to be desired, but for the prices, the quality of the goods is completely comparable.

I know decathlons brand from people.
First time, this brand sound strange for me as a person whos come from asia.
I come from a country that never had winter for travelling and im planning for skiing .
I have no idea what the stuff that i need and fit for me. I tried to ask some staff, but not all of the staff try to help me.
And One of the staff (a guy) really helpfull, (i forgot ask his name), not all of the staff in here are friendly and helpfull. He spent alot of time to help me, even he is verg busy, (sometimes he have to leave me cos he need to do something, but he always come back to help me again, again....) and try to give a Great advice, and
He spent alot of time to help me and keep looking for what fit for me, cos a bit difficult to find my size also
I asked other staff, they really didnt give me any good advice (most of the girls staff seem like dont care about customer question) some guys staff always try to give an answer, in the end i really bought the great stuff from here. But now i really staisfied with this brand, cos i really bought the stuffs that i need and usefull. (Sometimes when we bought something that not usefull, will effect to our impression of one brands). I can say, bcos of this guy, he increased his company brands name... i really want to say thank you for your help, i really satisfied to all of the stuff that i bought. My plan only but the trouser and jacket, finally i bought more that that and all of stuff that i need actually
I think the company must give him an appreciation of his services to customer.

All sports are easily started with Decathlon. They not only have lots of goods but also a maintenance corner for bikes, ski, snowboard. Seperately you may buy there compact instruments and fix your equipment yourself.
The shop offers print outs on T-shirts (the staff can assist or you can provide the image via flash drive). Cups and medals are also available with different text on them.
Thumbs up for every service they have.

Bravo for everything, we have returned our shoe money for almost 2 years ... and left a 5 in store ... worth it ... we dreamed of such a store 30 years ago ...

We try a scooter, we like it and we want to take it, but it turns out that there is only a sample and it is not for sale. Well, I ask why we try it, choose it, and in the end it's gone. The biggest sports shop in Sofia. DeCatlon mainly offers several brands of clothing, equipment and accessories. There are no known brands, but I have not had any problems with decathlon production, and prices are quite affordable. Sometimes it's a bit difficult to find non-seasonal products.

There are nice budget items from their own brands. Popular brands are quite expensive.

A good sports shop with good price-quality, but if you are looking for a professional quality item, this is not your shop. Look in specialized stores for the specific sport. The store is far from its western counterparts, but is trying to reach them.

I recommend placing mirrors in the salon, so as not to wait in line to measure more than one jacket.

Better go Mon to Fri....weekends is too overcrowded

We visited the store especially for goods that were available on the site. It was difficult to find the consultants, they had gathered in a group and looked at their phones. We asked where we could find the goods we came for - no answer, just kept quiet. and showed us empty shelves. When there will be a new refill, he does not know why the goods on the site are available, too. The store was half empty in terms of goods. This situation is not the first time.

Goods of commodities, but very quickly finish the numbers of shoes. They can not download you from another store anymore. You can not pay for an on-line order with a visa electron card. You can not order a store without paying a credit card before.

Well stocked and well organized store.
Diverse set of equipment for a wide variety of sports. The store also takes the current season in consideration so during the winter you get a lot of ski and snowboarding stuff. During the summer you get all sorts of flip-flops, beach towels, diving equipment etc.
Staff is a little scarce and in case in need of help it might take a while to find someone to ask.

A lot of time is waiting for the cashier and for receiving an invoice

I like to shop there, there is a great variety and I can try all the products.

Good value for money can be given as a value for money. There is also a choice. It may be desirable from a customer approach, but in Bulgaria this applies to almost everyone / everyone.

Love all the sport stuff offered. So many sport categories. But just wondering if all these people who do shopping here really do sport, the outlook of the Bulgarian majority would be slightly different.
