Since the store opened, my family has been a regular customer. It was a preferred place to buy sporting goods and equipment for out-of-town walks. It is gone. All my loyalty has evaporated on the first attempt to claim an obviously defective product, namely a hammock with a maximum load of 200 kg, bursting from the weight of two children weighing 50 kg in total. The purchase was registered on the loyalty card, but any dialogue was denied, after which it became clear that we could not find the receipt.
OK, they may be right by the letter of the law, but no one can oblige me to shop at a place where I don't have a gram of attitude to a regular customer.
