We have been with this provider for over 5 years. They started with great customer service and support. Since some time now account managers change all the time and service support continuously decreases with a complete lack of communication and nothing but excuses. Which has led to our company cancelling their services all together. BEWARE of auto-renewing contracts that they never once disclose in any conversation but choose to enforce when you try to leave. I would never recommend this company. Not professional, bad service and absolutely NO ETHICS. Time will catch up with their lack of caring and commitment to their dealers. ANSWER to reply: IF YOU CARED AND DIDN'T WANT TO MISLEAD ANY DEALERS THEN WHY IS THIS A RE-OCURRING THEME in your negative reviews spanning over a year? CLEARLY not the case. They badger you when you're not interested in their web services for my company. Then they leave messages with my other associates for me acting like I requested them to call. I'm the marketing Director of RV Outlet Center, We use Dealerspike, and when it comes to our website we LOVE it. But we recently started using other programs they offered, and the communication has disappeared completely. I haven't heard a word in 3 almost 4 weeks. I've called 3 Different Reps, Including their main line, HR and customer support. Still NOTHING. I thought maybe expressing my concern in a more public manner would get a response
Not Happy at all. Was told 3-4 weeks and here we are 2.5 months later and our sites are still not fully operational. They don't respond well to e-mail or phone messages. No sence of urgency.
Rinse and repeat. Just like most of the other reviews, we have been working with DealerSpike for years and really enjoy their website services but the digital marketing has been a mess. Initially it took significant efforts to make changes to the campaign, but the last 2 months I have made several calls and sent several emails......with no response.
Called by two different sales people in one week. Told them I was very happy with DX1 and was way to invested to change. They would not let up. Really bad approach to sells. I do not trust them.

After I cancelled my contract with them they came back and charged me a cancellation fee of almost $4000. Last week they had the nerve to call me and ask for my business again. Would not touch this business again for anything. Make sure you read the fine print.

Very little help with SEO. Auto renew contract that they will not provide. I have been trying to get information from them for 30 days and no one will call or email me back. Very poor service to their customers. Been a customer of their for almost 2 years; they have been good until recently.
Our dealership has been with other website providers but Dealerspike's is by far the best in terms of quality and value. They helped us through the Covid Pandemic and we would highly recommend them. They have switched our rep a couple times which is frustrating but their team and Jose Alatorre is great.

Too big for their britches. In the last two years their support, site quality, innovation, and customer service has gone from exceptional to absolute trash. From what I can tell, the company sold last year, and I assume this has contributed to the problem. They have failed to keep up with changes in technology and google and their support team keeps giving us the runaround. We are locked in to a contract, but I already have someone working on a new site for us and we will be leaving as soon as our contract expires - If you are leaving make sure to give several months notice otherwise your contract will auto renew. Such poor customer service. They pretend to be 'for' small business, but unless you have several locations, or buy their additional services at several grand a month, they don't even take your calls.
As a manager with Greeson's here in Hot Springs, AR, we've been thrilled with our service from Dealer Spike. Having a personal account rep to call on when issues arrive makes things that much better. Shawntea has been great. Like anything involving computers, we've experienced minor hiccups from time to time, but once we report it, Dealer Spike's support team has always been quick to resolve it.

However, due to recent efforts, as well as the Rockstar they have as my rep... I can only give great reviews regarding their support and service. The requests for website changes are addressed consistently and accurately while the in depth report analysis provides constant reassurance that your marketing dollars are being well spent. We have used Dealer Spike for a number of years. They have worked with us on multiple continuous changes on our website, and have helped come up with some creative visual suggestions. Livid! I was offed a position and was very excited, though my start date was several weeks from when I was offered a role. I turned-down another job and waited which cost me lost income due but I knew it would be worth it. I have a great deal of experience for the role and knew that I could do great in the position I was offered.
The morning I arrived they said that they'd sent me an email a week earlier (no email anywhere to be found) that the position had been eliminated. This place cost me another job and at least $1500 in lost income due to the time delay.
When it comes to service Jay Jaacks is the best. I needed to change some things on our website and after the support agent could not talk to me, I called Jay and he jumped in the middle and got it done.
Potential customers BEWARE. This company is is horrible or at least their sales people are. I would NEVER do business with a company that makes harassing phone calls 2 and 3 times a day to try and get your business. If you want happy customers, you better train your telephone sales people not to harass people. If a business says they are not interested, say thank you and hang up.
Also read other reviews with the same feelings as mine. Aside from a few happy employees, there aren't many positive reviews. I would guess the 5 star reviews with no comments are employees or friends as well.
We have been using Dealer Spike for a few years and they have been very helpful throughout the process. Our account representative is Ellery Stanley and she has been so responsive! Ellery always goes the extra mile to make sure our website and digital presence is being utilized to its potential. I would definitely recommend using Dealer Spike because they do a great job of hiring Account Reps like Ellery to make sure every single Dealership is personally being taken care of!
Our DS representative (Robert G.) is awesome! He's polite, quick to respond and made sure I knew how to use the website functions properly when I started managing websites for my company. The support team is also fantastic! I send requests to them non-stop (sorry guys) and they're extremely intelligent and make sure the implementation is nearly seamless, every time. Props! We have been using Dealerspike for several years now. There was a rough patch this last year with getting results from our account rep Jay Jacks, however after calling in to make a complaint we were lucky to get to talk to Shawntia Anderson who ended up taking over our account and taking care of us the way we were expecting to be taken care of. Shawntia has now been taking care of us for a few months now and has gotten our dealership back on track. We are very pleased with the service we have been getting now!

A top quality company with impeccable customer service. In the past year or two they have brought our little family dealership with near zero online presence to generating leads from the website daily.
I think all you need to say about dealer spike is they can't keep a account manager employed for more than a few months. If their employees can't stay with them then why would a dealership? I pulled my dealership from there company after 6 months of trying to work with them. Careful what you sign they will continue to charge you even if they are in breach of contract.
