We have been using Dealerspike for several years now. There was a rough patch this last year with getting results from our account rep Jay Jacks, however after calling in to make a complaint we were lucky to get to talk to Shawntia Anderson who ended up taking over our account and taking care of us the way we were expecting to be taken care of. Shawntia has now been taking care of us for a few months now and has gotten our dealership back on track. We are very pleased with the service we have been getting now!
