She is always helpful and comes up with great ideas! She is very knowledgeable on their products. I don't know what I would do with out her.

Our company had left Dealerspike for a period of one year and I am extremely grateful that we are back with them. Their service is excellent and they have matched or exceeded my expectations. I am always able to contact them and get an answer almost immediately without having to wait hours or even days. This is the company you want to do business with and I thank each and everyone of you for your patience while we did the switchover and your continued service when something is needed.

Dealer Spike is fantastic. Dealing with our rep Shawntia was always very easy and fun. She was willing to help out with finding solutions to our website issues, and made planning for future site changes or implementing different technologies an absolute pleasure. It's nice to deal with someone who genuinely cares, and makes the effort to check up on their customers regularly.

I would recommend Dealer Spike to any business looking for a site platform with exceptional customer service and reliability. The fact that they have fun, genuine human beings looking out for you is the best.

We've been using dealer spike for multiple years n...

We've been using dealer spike for multiple years now and their service has gone downhill. We kept getting new reps and had to explain our vision for our website and then they had no follow through to help us make the changes we needed to make. This has been going on for over a year and the only people who regularly contacted us were trying to upsell us more products while we're still trying to get the website fixed. We're in the process of switching providers and dealer spike can't even cancel our website!?!? And once again we're dealing with the total lack of communication on their part. We've contacted support who can only redirect us to our rep and our rep has only contacted us once and that was a week ago. He left us with no timeframe and no follow up and hasn't responded to any further communications. Customer service is our companies #1 priority as it should be everyone's. I'm taking to social media to get the situation resolved and will delete the post when handled correctly.

As the marketing manager at Four Star Freightliner, having a Customer Success Account Manager is awesome! Marco Garcia works with me to make sure our website is up-to-date and takes care of any requests I might have (and sometimes my requests are plenty!). He is organized and very thorough. If he doesn't know the answers to my questions, he makes notes and calls back me in timely fashion. He doesn't rely solely on emails to communicate with me. Phone calls are so much better! I appreciate having a person at Dealer Spike that I communicate with directly. Thank you Marco!

Every time I call, I get to speak to a live human AND they are usually able to address my concerns as we speak in real time. If my concerns involve more time, Dealer Spike keeps in constant communication with me and works with me until I am fully satisfied with my request. If you are like me and value traditional, person-to-person, true blue customer service, Dealer Spike is the company for you. This company is NOT honest. Dealers, please don't ...

This company is NOT honest. Dealers, please don't waste your time with this company there are much better out there. I have been a dealer for over 30 years and have never felt the need to post a negative review, until now. I used Dealer Spike for over two years and they did not do what they say they are going to do. They do not use Google "Best Practices" when building your site. This will cause you to have to purchase additional Google Adwords just to get the same traffic as other sites. Additionally, when you sign a contract with them it is NOT a one year contract that converts to a month to month after one year. It is a contract that rolls over to a yearly contract every year!! They do this to lock you into their bad service. Do not fall for this as I did. Read every word and assume the worst. Also, take a look at their Facebook page and notice all the bad reviews. WE ALL END UP GETTING BAD REVIEWS FROM TIME TO TIME BUT THEY HAVE MORE THAN THEIR FAIR SHARE.

We are a trailer dealership and these guys will continue to call me even after I have asked them no less than three times to not call back. I never solicited their calls either, they started cold calling.

We have been in business 22 years, and never got a call from them until we started using their competition. But I did my research and from the cost point, the start up costs, and the obvious lack of ethics (salesman that continue to call after you ask them not to) there is a reason we went with the competition and will stay where we are.

so many mistakes & problems with my website , and constant turnover within the company that no one knows what is going on, I finally cancelled and went with Level 5 and they have since come after me for 4 months of a buyout that is in a hidden agreement with a doc u sign contract.
beware of this company , poor customer service and not nice people to deal with...

I was apprehensive at first because in the past I have liked to have total control over building and maintaining a business website on my own, but working with Dealer Spike has been a fantastic experience! I am the Marketing Manager for the three-dealership group of Rommel Harley-Davidson, and I can't say enough good things about my recent redesign experience with Dealerspike! From start to finish they were 100% helpful, professional and responsive. Not only were they able to refresh our five-year-old website and make it user friendly and visually stunning, but they were even able to accommodate some of our more advanced requests such as videos integrated into their carousel of images. Selling motorcycles online isn't easy without video, and they succeeded at putting our videos front and center to our customers! Jose, Elizabeth and Andrew were all there from day one to launch day to help with any and everything we requested. Signed a contact in June 2014 and was a customer in good stand for 5 years until we recently switched companies. The fine print in the contract signed 5 years ago (and not since) says the 12 month contract auto renews. Not only are they trying to charges us for the 5 months remaining on the contract, they are also asking for another $750 on top of that, which was NOT in the contract and refuse to address the additional $750. Not a single other vendor we've every worked with has this type of policy once the intial contract is fullfilled. Read through the reviews and you'll this is a common issue.

Just be very careful who you work with there (TJ Risinger). Some people there are not very ethical. Tried numerous times to follow up on a deal and would not get a response after trying to make numerous attempts to reach out. A deal is a deal last time I checked. Have written them off completely and taken business elsewhere.

This is the fourth website I have built alongside Dealerspike. I have never been so disappointed with the inabilities and constant excuses that something cannot happen because [insert excuses here].
In the past, Dealerspike was known for going above and beyond for its customers. In one instance, I was up with members of the feeds team till 3 AM, checking for errors.
In other builds, we have had a significant amount of custom work done to websites never a no we cannot do that.

I am honestly curious if this has anything to do with the ARI acquisition because this is the very attitude and competence displayed by their staff regularly.

If not the acquisition, is it the platform or the employees? If it is the employees, does the CEO know how ineffective they are and that they should be replaced?
Our PM was admittedly lazy and pushed our project through to maintain his KPI s. The website still isn t finished. There are a significant amount of errors throughout the website and I am having to send in requests every day.

Dealer Spike has provided the website for our Powersports Dealership for about 10 years. They have been great to work with. If I need anything, my rep is almost always instantly available. If I ever do need to leave a message, I usually have a response within an hour or 2. If I ever have to reach out to the support team to help me accomplish something on our site, they offer me a solution or handle the situation for me. We've also started having Dealer Spike do our SEM for our business and I get a call every month to go over the campaign and make adjustments. If you need someone to provide a website for your business, definitely give Dealer Spike a chance.

One of the rudest companies I've ever received a c...

One of the rudest companies I've ever received a call from. We have repeatedly expressed no interest and asked to be placed on a do not call list for over the past 6 months. I've been receiving a call every month for over a year. The representative today ( Meg or Megan) should be trained how to take a no as just that. I told her I was to busy and to please put a note on our number so we are not called anymore. She made some provocative comments, continued to want to argue and finally threw out one more insult and hung up. I hope that means I won't get another call from Dealer Spike. As someone they are trying to persuade to do business with them (again I've never asked for a quote, call, or information) they sure sealed one deal for sure. We will never use them based on this type of behavior. I also hope Megan a better day.

They laughed at us the last time we requested to not be called.

They place harassing phone calls and actually went so far as to insult me when I told the "manager" that we were not interested, by saying that they don't want our business anyway and that they "Only deal with winners". If a business isn't ethical, then of what value are their promises? I have never before had the misfortune of dealing with a company this shoddy.

Dealerspike will screw you with their annual contracts. Sites aren't built with SEO in mind which forces you to purchase additional SEO. We used them for four years, and the last two were almost unbearable as support kind of went down hill and content management became more restricted. It was expensive to ditch them, but I'm glad we did.

Not personally used them as of yet. Their sales team are relentless. I've asked to be removed from their call list on multiple phone calls, yet I still get sales pitches. One of the companies i work with uses them and they've shown no improvement in web traffic over 6 months of usage thus far, comparing webstats to their previous site. If they weren't so pushy, argumentative and plain rude on the phone (multiple sales staff now), then I wouldn't have written this review. When sales folk are aggressive, it usually means they're trying to strong arm a decision, i'd recommend people do their research.

We have worked with Dealer Spike within the year with our website for Mutton Powersports, an EZGO, ClubMan, Cushman, Bad Boys, and John Deere UTV, along with O'Neil and Interstate trailers dealership in Indiana, and the experience has been great.

Our current rep, Tanner, is very responsive and not only solves an issue or accomplished a task, he is great at communicating a need to colleagues--including the need to followup to ensure the action actually works and with no difficulties.

Dealer Spike continues to upgrade the platform: enough so so that one should consider the platform from a dynamic standpoint, it evolves to meet industry trends.

The leads tool, DealerPic360 as well as Marketing analytics section add efficiency with listings and feedback for Marketing purposes. Overall, well-researched design of the site allow one to easily scale processes, while not getting mired in administrivia.

Our web presence has improved with the lead generation attributes of the platform and customer experience while visiting our website.

Terrible service when we were with them. Continues to contact us year after year event though we repeatedly ask them to stop. Their marketing is aggressive and they will insult you if you disagree with them. Stay away!

Will sell you the world and make promises they can t keep. Production and follow up are horrible. To get anything going they want you to e sign a basic proposal that turns into a contract you never saw or signed. If you somehow still try to use them against your better judgement and seeing reviews...you re in for a headache and let down. Buyer beware.

In the three years of McGoverns RV & Marine working with Dealer Spike we have not had a more responsive, professional, and personable account manager than Marco Garcia! He has taken on the task of sorting out our SEO program, initiated a website redesign with the help of Elizabeth Butler, and overall been on top of any issues that have arose; usually before we have the chance to find it ourselves. Marco has always been eager to help and willing to go the extra mile to find a solution to any problem or inquiry we have had. He has made my job a lot easier knowing that someone else cares as much about our site as we do!

Too big for their britches.

Too big for their britches.
In the last two years their support, site quality, innovation, and customer service has gone from exceptional to absolute trash.
From what I can tell, the company sold last year, and I assume this has contributed to the problem.
They have failed to keep up with changes in technology and google and their support team keeps giving us the runaround.
We are locked in to a contract, but I already have someone working on a new site for us and we will be leaving as soon as our contract expires - If you are leaving make sure to give several months notice otherwise your contract will auto renew. Such poor customer service.
They pretend to be 'for' small business, but unless you have several locations, or buy their additional services at several grand a month, they don't even take your calls.
