Our DS representative (Robert G.) is awesome! He's polite, quick to respond and made sure I knew how to use the website functions properly when I started managing websites for my company. The support team is also fantastic! I send requests to them non-stop (sorry guys) and they're extremely intelligent and make sure the implementation is nearly seamless, every time. Props!
