I'm the marketing Director of RV Outlet Center, We use Dealerspike, and when it comes to our website we LOVE it. But we recently started using other programs they offered, and the communication has disappeared completely. I haven't heard a word in 3 almost 4 weeks. I've called 3 Different Reps, Including their main line, HR and customer support. Still NOTHING. I thought maybe expressing my concern in a more public manner would get a response
