Signed a contact in June 2014 and was a customer in good stand for 5 years until we recently switched companies. The fine print in the contract signed 5 years ago (and not since) says the 12 month contract auto renews. Not only are they trying to charges us for the 5 months remaining on the contract, they are also asking for another $750 on top of that, which was NOT in the contract and refuse to address the additional $750. Not a single other vendor we've every worked with has this type of policy once the intial contract is fullfilled. Read through the reviews and you'll this is a common issue.
