After being without DealerSpike for a very short lived time, we at the dealership, and specifically myself, are very happy to be back. Alexandra, my account representative is responsive, helpful and always so ready and willing to help!
I m not website savvy, and sometimes she receives 5 emails in one day from me, but somehow keeps everything orderly and gets it done quickly!
