This is the fourth website I have built alongside Dealerspike. I have never been so disappointed with the inabilities and constant excuses that something cannot happen because [insert excuses here].
In the past, Dealerspike was known for going above and beyond for its customers. In one instance, I was up with members of the feeds team till 3 AM, checking for errors.
In other builds, we have had a significant amount of custom work done to websites never a no we cannot do that.
I am honestly curious if this has anything to do with the ARI acquisition because this is the very attitude and competence displayed by their staff regularly.
If not the acquisition, is it the platform or the employees? If it is the employees, does the CEO know how ineffective they are and that they should be replaced?
Our PM was admittedly lazy and pushed our project through to maintain his KPI s. The website still isn t finished. There are a significant amount of errors throughout the website and I am having to send in requests every day.
