The buying process itself was lengthy even though we knew exactly what we wanted. Didn't even test drive and it took us 4 hours to get out the door and had to go back and forth with the finance guy before they finally gave us a price range we were looking for. There is a minor scratch that the salesman said they would fix, but they haven't. Didn't do it the day we bought it and didn't do it when we drove back up a few weeks later.

No follow up from salesman and I'm peeved that I am "responsible" for driving up there multiple times and wasting my time and gas for something they already had 2 opportunities to fix. Up until this second purchase, I have referred Blue Bonnet to many people. After this, not so much.
