I love my 2014 cherokee I ended having a issue with my sunroof which I had warranty on and they fixed with no charge but sadly I was without a vehicle for 2 days. I love the service guys they are very friendly and have no issue with my sales man Robert he really did alot to help me find the perfect vehicle for me. The only issue is how far they are and everytime I go for regular maintenance I need a ride back the service will take all day no matter what.I recommend Robert he will put you in a great ride no pressure. my only regret is the managers will never offer a rental for me so I don't have to wait hours for service I work and go to college so I don't have days off so this is issue that has made me late to work twice. I bought other vehicles from other places which offer me rentals without hesitation. Getting a rental so I don't miss school or work is like pulling teeth.... still never get a rental so I have get a ride to follow me 45 mins to the dealership and pay their gas so it's fair but disappointing in how hard it is to get a loaner. My last car was a camaro which gunn Chevrolet took less than a hour to service no matter how what time and always gave me loaners for any service that will take more than 2 hours. So love my car, like the service department, and the salesman was dope he is great and I will recommend him to friends that think my jeep is nice... don't bother asking for a loaner you won't get it no matter what!
