Went in to Bluebonnet Jeep to look at Grand Cherokees. Worked with James Alaniz, he was amazing. NO pressure, spent so much time helping me make my decision without complaint (I couldn't decide between a Wrangler and the Grand Cherokee). Was very patient. This was the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. They explained everything, every step of the way and introduced me to the people in service and parts. I've never had that before! Will be going back to them for EVERYTHING!
