Like many people, I went into this used car buying experience with doubt and distrust due to the stereotype used car dealers tend to have. Thankfully, I had the best experience with James and the rest of the Bluebonnet Jeep team.
I live two hours from New Braunfels but I saw the vehicle I wanted online and contacted the dealership. We were able to conduct a full trade as well as purchase of the vehicle pending a test drive over the phone in one afternoon. It was a very easy experience and James was a delight to wish with. Throughout the entire experience, James and the dealership showed genuine care and trustworthiness. In fact, later in the day before we made the journey to New Braunfels, I received a phone call from him saying that as he test drove the vehicle he heard some slight noises and it turned out there was a couple of pieces of hardware that needed to be replaced. He guaranteed that the dealership would cover that without any expense to me. The repair was quite an expensive one and they also did an alignment and tire rotation on top of that. This showed me just how trustworthy and genuine this dealership is. Not only that but James took the time out of his day to personally drive the vehicle to me so he could take my trade-in while I was at work, during my lunch hour. This company has gone above and beyond what I expected and I will definitely continue doing business there.
