I usually have had great customer service but this last time i did not. My 2016 Jeep Patriot with 36,058 miles broke down on me. I took it in and I was told the clutch and cable went out. I asked how could that be its a new car? Of course its 58 miles over the warranty so i have to pay the repair.Then i was told that the clutch on all Jeeps go out at 15,000 miles. I find that hard to believe. This is the 3rd Jeep I have owned and the 1rst Jeep Wrangler I had its clutch went out at 120,000 miles. So there is no way i'm going to believe that what i was told was at all believable. I'm disappointed in the Bluebonnet Motors because they did not try to work with me with this repair. $1500 is a lot for someone to come up with but i have to to get my vehicle back. I wont be buying from this group any longer nor will i refer anyone. I know quite a bit of people that i will pass on this tid bit of information. Facebook will get some of this too.
