Had been in the market for a Jeep Wrangler for a few weeks. I had planned to spend an entire day visiting several dealerships. Bluebonnet was supposed to be the first stop. James introduced himself, asked what I was looking for, and presented his available inventory. He did not use any pushy sales tactics, was very patient, and really listened to what I was looking for as a customer. I ended up driving home in a 18 Jeep Rubicon.
