Hotel is good for Conferences and Meetings. Location is very easy to locate. Staffs are highly professional and very well behaved. Good food. Highly recommended

Each and everything is good. The Sky View Cafe on the terrace of the hotel is absolutely marvelous with great ambience, above average rates and prices, live music and etc.. It just lacks it's quality of service which is essential or primary wherever you go. No sense of responsibility to attend one properly and serve them on time. Very slow response and service. Food quality is great. But overall, I'm still giving it 4 stars.

Place is good the catering was not to that standard. Rest rooms needs to be more clean. Tissues were found missing.

Near to city centre in Salt Lake very nice hotel rooms are a little small but ambience food and hospitality is great staff are very helpful and you will love the food try anything from the menu

You can visit 2 or 3 times but yes please have your food from outside rather from the hotel.

The place is good...food is nice too but for people who like their food rich with spices, it won't tickle their taste bud...but overall 8/10

A hotel in a very good location in Saltlake. I just went to meet somebody but I don't know much about their quality of hospitality.

Ambiance is very good. Staffs are very polite & cordial.

A very Hospitable place and a comfortable stay. The hotel treats its guests very well and the complimentary breakfast option is decent. Here are few pics of the breakfast options available. My purpose of visit was business and this hotel seemed ideal for the purpose. Liked the stay here.

Good Hotel for business travellers, excellent rooms, professional service, great location

It has the best gym in the price range. Room rent starts from 2200 which is very cheap.

I had a small injury during my stay and a drop of blood fell on my bed. They charged me 1200 as a cleaning charge for that, which is absolutely outrageous for 1 drop of blood! I'm pretty sure the average quality bedsheets that they use couldn't have been worth more than a few hundred. Horrible experience due to this, would not recommend at all. I mean, its sounds absurd that they would charge me half the cost of the hotel roomitself for a tiny blood stain, absolutely horrible policy and I would advice y'all to stay away.

Everything is good but things can be improved more , since openning I am visiting the hotel, food menu at the lounge need to be changed and multiple options should be there. Overall it's a good place be it resturant , bar or stay

Visited for a dinner. They have some wonderful kebab section coupled with nice indian, oriental and continental food items at a reasonable price.

Nice Budget Business Hotel - A well located hotel close to City Center 1. Neat clean rooms. The toilets are neat. The size might be a bit small but otherwise its good. The food is of good quality. Its a good place for business stay.

Great place and hospitality of staffs always very good

Good area , bus stop near and well designed place, no wheel chair entrance.

Food is very overpriced. To add to this, mutton pieces had hair stuck inside it.
Overall it was the worst experience I have ever had. Waiters absolutely have no idea about the dishes. They say something and the dish turns out to be completely different.
I would not recommend this restaurant to any rational thinking person.

It's quite luxurious and ambience is super and all the amenities are available.

This is a relatively new hotel and hence the building is in excellent condition. You get personalised service from them and they look after all your requirements like travel within the city etc extremely well.

The place is neat clean and with ameenities like Gym WiFi etc. Above all the staff is great and very guest friendly.

De Sovrani gives you the amenities of a hotel far above its category. Located very close to City Centre, Kolkata the rooms are clean and very well-mantained and the service is prompt and courteous.. I'd have ideally wanted the food to be slightly better though!

Nice hotel but rooms don't include breakfast and staff won't tell you untill you have done it .

Bad experience with the security staff. not worth it at all.

I was invited for meeting on 3rd floor, it was spacious.
