The current service is very pathetic. The receptionest Mr Rahot Kr. Roy first needs to understand what is Hospitality in the Hospitality world. He stood adamant enough NOT to help out even at early morning hours @3:00 AM. We were left out to manage our accommodation just because we had only our PAN cards as our govt I'd proof. My suggestion to Mr Rohit or. Roy is please learn to take feedback as well. My score is minus 100 on service and attitude. In a world where costomer centricity and customer obsession is key service driver to keep up to the compition this sort of service reminds you of how unprofessional people can be.
