Very bad experience. Try to switch via Independer in December. Whatsapp had contact with customer service and everything would be arranged with the switch from my current health insurer. Halfway through January this turned out not to be the case, so conversion was too late. It was also no longer possible to adjust my current insurance, which means that I now pay too much for a year. DeFriesland could not offer a suitable solution and my current insurer does not allow cancellation to automatically renew.
