Awesome view awesome brunch I love everyone and the service it was excellent!

They charged me 500 dollars to upgrade the room, as the baby counts as a fifth person, when in another resorts they wouldn't require such a thing

Quiet, relaxed place with a great ocean view on the east building. Heated pool, hot tub and friendly helpful staff. Been coming here for over 10 years.

The room was very clean as well as the bathroom, slightly dated but it was fine. The pool and hot tub were well maintained and clean and the grounds are nicely landscaped. The staff were nice and very accommodating. Good prices for the rooms

Very poor communication. I wouldnt bother booking as they were very rude and unprofessional. Plenty of other places of same substandard quality or better.

Our favorite saying all week was, "It's ok". We got a studio unit through our Global Holiday vacation Club, which was clean, but outdated. You can't see the ocean and you walk across the street to get there. Now we live in Florida, so we know about the change in the beaches after hurricanes, but we were surprised to see seaweed all over the beach. It was turtle nesting time and it was good to see they tape off the nests to protect them and it could be for that reason the seaweed is there.

Location! We stay a week in suite overlooking beach, family of 3. Had everything we needed with nice places nearby for fun day trips. Spectacular balcony views. Easy walk to beach and views of lighthouse. Very clean place. Quiet, relaxing too. Pool area and all the ground kept so nice. Staff extremely nice and helpful.

This is the place to go everything is close by and staff is great very friendly people all around

After last December's stay here, I knew I would return. The management was very helpful and provided much information about things to do from Pompano to the Everglades. Very quiet this time of year, yet close enough to Ft. Lauderdale and Miami , if you want a day or evening of raucousness. The view of the Atlantic is perfect. In three minutes from my 6th story room, I can have my feet on the beach, five if I'm really taking my time. The staff is obviously well treated as they are all smiles and helpful. I have the studio apartment, perfect for me.

Mellow, relatively small time share property with a phenomenal view of the ocean (3rd floor) and above. Great location with clean and comfortable rooms!! You can't go wrong with this place!!

We spend mothers day every year and always have a blast.

We always like the feeling of coming to "home" while vacationing in Florida...beautiful view from our room. Wish the kitchen was bigger to cook in but really not bad as we ate out most of the time.

We upgraded to stay on beach. Great experience, beautiful views, easy access to the beach. Irma wreaked havoc in some areas of beach and coral reefs. The scenic Lighthouse and pier were just North of the resort. We stayed here about 10years ago in the units across the road from the beach...nice but no comparison to this experience.

Wonderful value. Traded into through II 2 days before arrival. 1 bedroom, 2 bath, ocean front unit. Staff very friendly, absolutely clean and stocked. Everything worked well. They have beach chairs either free for older chairs or $10 each for week for fancier. Pool and hottub clean. Mainly adults, but child friendly. Absolutely great value. Only improvement i could ask would be ceiling fans, but given seperate thermostats in living room (Murphy bed) and bedroom, was absolutely a wonderful and comfortable week.

Needs general cleaning....a soda bottle was left in the refrigerator when we arrived. Shower takes time to heat up. Housekeeping manager was nice enough to handle maintenance issue.

The beach is across the street. Very clean!!! it has everything thing just like home.My husband and I have stayed 2 year in a row.

Everything here is decent. The efficiency/studios have a queen size murphy bed. You can rent chairs to take to the beach. The There are so many iguanas you wont want to go on your patio if you are on the first floor facing the lagoon.

The best experience in a very long time. Great location. Spacious rooms, super clean. The staff was out of this world super nice. We traveled with our daughter and her service dog and not once was she embarrassed THANK YOU!!! usually we run into at least one person that upsets her. We will definitely be back loved it

Clean, simple and spacious, very nice pool and jacuzzi, a short walk to the beach, we liked it here a lot.

Stayed for a week. Great place. Nothing fancy, but not a slob place. Had a broken dresser drawer that hit my kids head, but she was being crazy and it wasn't serious by any means. It was mentioned to staff and it was promptly fixed and followed by a call from management checking on her and apologizing. Nothing serous happened and my kid was just the right height, but I appreciated the response.

Stayed in the 1 bed king. Everything was clean and the views were great. We were a short walk from the beach and a short drive to everything you would need.

The housekeeping process is one that I haven't experienced, but I think it's an efficient idea. House keeping comes by and swaps out towels for you. You trade on a one to one basis with them or at the linen exchange, that way they keep costs reasonable for them and can account for everything.

Beach towels are based on coins. You get two per person upon arrival and you provide them at the linen exchange for beach towels. If you don't come back with a beach towel or the coin at the end of your stay, you're charged. Linens are traded the same way as room towels, and you change your own bed.

Figure it's worth mentioning because they don't come by and change your sheets for you until you leave. Wasn't a problem to me as I figure I'm there all week and can change my sheets, but if you prefer a normal hotel style service be aware. Staff was really friendly though, and prompt on any request or question we had.

All said I'd recommend the place and would stay again. We had so much to do besides the beach and it's quite despite the built up area.

The time share is very quiet nothing to do. The pool has been shut down for 3 days now. Who now's when it will be fixed. Fantastic considering it's in the 90's everyday! We have a studio room. Yes, it is very small. If you plan on watching TV in your bed be prepared for up close watching. The TV is mounted on the side of the bed. It will swing around for you to see it. But it is about 3 inches from your face. It is horrible. The walkway to the beach is so overgrown with spiders everywhere. Keep your eyes open. They do not give you fresh towels. So disgusting . I would not recommend this place.

Stayed here several times. Quiet clean room is waterfront. Morning sun but after 10am balcony is in the shade. Pool, great casual living

4th year here. Would've been 5 stars if we didnt run into ants and cockroaches. Ants in the kitchen and cockroaches in the bedroom.

We have been coming inJanuary to this small quiet resort for almost 20 years and hope to be returning for many more. For details check their website.

Primarily a timeshare destination but they seem to have some nightly units. Ideal for beach lovers. Picture book beautiful setting where you access the beach via a pedestrian bridge over a lagoon that seems to have fresh water fish in it -- they look like cichlids.

Staff is rude and the rooms are dated. Love how close it is to the beach but all the construction and lawn care noises make it hard to relax. Doesn t seem like they care much for the comfort of the guest. Beds are hard and lumpy

This was the worst experience I have ever had. This place is not cheap, but they act very cheap. The afternoon that we walked in we were impressed with the view. We began walking around the place to find all the rooms. Then I asked my wife, where is the bedroom? She couldn t find it either! In fact there was not one. It was a pull out bed! What the.... the second bed was also a pull out. So there were 2 pull out beds in the living room. Not good.

The actual mattress was cheap and hard. You could feel the coils in the bed. And I know about mattress because I sell them for a living. I slept on better bed when I was 6. I sleep in a lot of hotels and I wish we would have got a smaller hotel, I would have paid more for a hotel.

The worst part about this was place was the
A/C. We were there in August so it was hot. When I am on vacation, I like to keep my room cool, so that I can relax. This seems natural. So when we walked in and it was 78 degrees in the room I naturally turned it down. The thermostat however did not work. So I went to maintenance. He however informed me that the guests are not allowed to control their thermostat. We could not sleep it was so hot in our room. We had to buy a fan for the room to even stay in it. Several other reviews said the
A/C was broken...it s not broken they just don t let you turn it down...terrible for a vacation condo. I guess the care more about saving their money than the guests experience.

The next complaint is that they are just cheap. Their are signs on all windows and doors saying not to leave them open when the A/C is running. Their are signs that say if you get makeup on a towel they will charge you extra money. Just weird stuff like that.

A less important complaint is that the place is just run down and old. And there is nothing to do around the place. The FT Laud beach is much better.

Another complaint is the WiFi. They don t have modern TVs and they are small and you can only watch TV on the pull out couch. Therefore we tried to watch Netflix on our computer. This was good except the WiFi didn t really work. We couldnt watch it because of how bad the WiFi was.

There were a lot of things to complain about. These are the ones that bothered us the most on our vacation. Please look elsewhere if you are looking for a nice place where you can relax and get food customer service.

Nice, quiet, cozy little place. Friendly people, all in all a good experience!

Very nice place, super friendly people, elevators, cars to take your purchases and luggage to the apartment. Direct access to the beach and the important, ramps for the disabled, at the entrance of the complex and at the exits of the elevators, also for the area of Spa and Pool. They just do not speak Spanish.

We come down to Pompano Beach every year for a family vacation and we love this place! Amazing views, clean rooms, quick walk to the beach, and extremely friendly staff!

There are quite a bit of rules here, but the place is very clean, everyone who works here is very friendly. Located in a quiet area steps away from the beach! Lots of good eats within 15 mins or so.

A very beautiful and quiet place with a wonderful view of the sea and the beach, a lot of nature is great.
