Alessandro is courteous, competent and always available to give advice and information. I recently bought some Elac DFR52 speakers and some excellent CHORD and NADIR cables, I am very satisfied. I highly recommend HI FI D'AGOSTINI.

At the moment I can't give more. On August 31st I bought KEF loudspeakers for the modest sum of 1580 euros, I leave an advance of 380 euros and await the arrival of the material. At the end of September I call for news and the owner tells me that the speakers have just arrived but one of the speakers is missing. We agree that he will urge delivery and would let me know. Today, October 27th, I try to call for news but I discover that the shop is closed and will reopen only on Saturday from 10 to 12. I write an email to ask for explanations but, at the moment, no answer. I am ready to change my opinion when I have a better response. At the moment I assign a star because you can't give less.

Highly recommended shop to make your hifi purchases

I arrived a bit out of breath, with my little dog, looking for information on how to operate an old (cheap) crate. They didn't even let me into the shop, they told me what kind of cables I needed (and that they had them in the shop), and then told me: "They also sell them at Tulli on Casilina, go to them". Oh well I was sweaty, oh well I have some tattoos, oh well I had a dog, everything is fine: but if you consider a customer only those who buy one of your very expensive hyper-technological boxes ... We are not really there. Bad experience.

Personally I had a great time. I requested listening to Kef speakers not available at the time of the request. The owner immediately ordered them. 2 weeks later I went to the shop to listen. I have personally known Alessandro D'Agostini for several years, I bought several things from him, such as a Sennheiser headphone and a DAC, and I always found myself well. Went to the shop on Saturday 25/07/2020 to do a listening test as said and repeated several times by the owner in various public circumstances, to listen and to evaluate whether or not to buy a Hegel H120 combined with some KEF R3, the owner he told me that the product was available but he did not want me to listen to it telling me that it was packed and he made me listen to a Hegel h190, I was thrilled by all this as to buy a product of about 2700 in addition to 1500 speakers about you can't help but listen, I still did the listening test with the H190 and kef r3, but I'm not satisfied with the listening test. I take the liberty of saying that in order to buy a product of such a price a customer has the sacrosanct right to listen to him as Christ commands. For the rest, the owner was kind and polite in the ways but in substance, some dissatisfaction left me. I will definitely do a next listening test at other stores.

I state that I did not buy the product that I listened to but I still want to give a more than positive judgment. Accomodation a free afternoon with my wife we found ourselves in the vicinity of the store and went to ask to listen to the system Kef LS 50 W. First positive, the system was not prepared in the listening room and although we had not fixed an appointment the owner he was so kind to set up the system allowing us to listen in full relax. Second positive aspect, we have been given ample willingness to select at will from Tidal in order to try the system with music / songs known to us. Even better, he left us the tablet available to play with the volume etc. Third positive aspect, the owner described the system by praising the positive qualities and informing us of what might have been those things that we would have lost in relation to the chain that I currently possess (very honest honesty in saying here better, not here .. ..). Fourth and last positive aspect availability and in general. Obviously a store has to sell but this thing has not been transmitted to us giving us that freedom to listen, come back and decide comfortably. In the end to dissuade us from the purchase was something we had not thought about ... to Skye, our cat, like to perch on the current speaker (from the floor) and throw them. These Kef are active speakers that in my case I would have to place on the stands with the certainty that the cat would throw them down without too many remorse .... I still wanted a few days away thank the owner publicly and especially because the passion that binds the buyers of a HI-FI store is the quality of the offer as a whole and not on the price of the object or its amazing talents written in pen ... I will not be here to talk about the products (kef and musicafidelity) because I have to review the operator, the shopkeeper, the online seller, the person, there is already all this behind the name.
